Para sa mga nakakaalam, carabao grass ba yun naka tanim? Tinatanim ba ang carabao grass? Tumataas ba ang carabao grass na kailangan mong tabasin? Para lang napaka laking lupa ang nasasayang. 40M is not worth. The unplanned house took alot of valuable land, nasobrahan sa budget and the house doesn't even look appealing. Investor would demolish the house.
