personally, i Think that People should first go for Polar set just to get further progress, no need to upgrade, but since devourer is way way harder to obtain, its best to start off with polar and grind for devourer

I feel like polar tier 5 is gonna slow them down or make other person's moves suffer 5% of their cooldown
btw slayer healing does not work in ranked
I got a polar mask when I fought douma for I believe the 3rd time and I want the rest but I still need 50 levels to trade for them
Thinking for polar if the enemy is stunned you deal more damage or something on t5
honestly i pick polar items are easier to get than dev set theyre on high demand rn might switch if the value of dev set lowers

Dev set ain’t lowering there’s no reason it would, infact they might buff the dev bottom and mask so then the masks are equal stats and the bottoms are better. I only see them rising
Personally both are hella easy to upgrade as in getting blood/essence
The scyhte does the same as fans from devour ?
When they add tier 5 stuff I might quit due to the grinding
They should decrease the requirements, 5 living flesh/ orbed glacier 10 lf/og 15 lf/og And increasing by 5 every tier

the thing is: frostbite would be pretty much useless in a combo because if they got frozen, they would still get comboed even without the frostbite effect

frostbite helps against bosses that dont get stunned. both are good on their own

this frostbite effect needs to take effect after 5th m1 (knockback m1) but instead of knocking back, they get frozen, allowing u 2 to inf combo

i personally believe polar is better hence the frostbite stuns bosses who cant be stunned like enmu and akaza from mugen and tier 5 bosses and its also good for pvp so i personally belive that polar is better overall

Pve* means player vs environment so basically fighting bosses and npcs (not PvP)
