Andres Scrambler hard question bro, depende sa parts nagagamitin. I suggest you go with your preference, pa unti unti lang if limited budget. Ang important at the end gusto mo kakalabasan. Isa din sa problem sa build is yung pa iba iba ng gusto, mapapamahal ka since nagiging trial and error. Yung build ko if walang trial and error around 18-20k ang gastos.

As far as I know, may process naman to register a custom bike as long as it meets the safety standards. So far, 3 bikes na na cucustom ko and di pa naman ako nag karoon ng problema with the authorities. 👌
