If I'm not mistaking, I think Wonderland x Showtime is going to become a travelling group based on something I just saw. Therefore, I don't think they're gonna truly disband just yet. Even if they did, Tsukasa and Rui still have a whole another year before they graduate high school. This only seems like the end of the group as we know it.

More like the end of their performing in Wonderstage, thats why Emu crying that she couldn't leave Wonderstage but she also couldn't lie to herself that she wants to be with them. So kinda hard for her which one would she choose, leave Wonderstage with them or stay alone here.

they won’t disband but they also won’t do shows anymore according to the fandom and story. this is their last show on the wonderstage, and because of that they all have to individually find other theatres to collab with

so the other three were planning to leave and become a freelance troupe but Emu (the pink-haired girl) didn't want to go with them because the park was more important to her and she wanted to protect it, so she thought she had to say goodbye to her group and have to part ways (they didn't split up tho so it's good)
