I recommend trying lower speed. When i started when i was 10 last year, i played at 12 💀 i lowered it to 10.9 and fced a lv 31 :’)

I use apple and if u go to settings->control center then scroll down on more controls u should be able to add screen recording. Once it’s added u just swipe down on the top right corner and it’s the button with the circle
