Developers please remove the instant arrest shot gun function, just let it remove stamina to assist in arrests.
In this one I warn friendlies of the APC, I distract the APC by punching it which also covers the sound of C4 being planted.

Killing civilians makes BLUFOR lose intel points, which are needed to find weapon caches (the objective in this gamemode)

Whats the point of having civilian? Its very clear that civilian role in this game is to assist the insurgents, kill the "civi" on sight

If you harm a civilian you lose -5 intel points for your team to the next cache, your points are set to -100, you have spawn timer of up to 5 minutes total at 2 minutes per civilian. You also can't get any limited kit for 10 minutes after each civilian downed. Basically they need to spread penalties to the squad.
