Thanks for posting this, it's interesting seeing the process and feeling some of the frustration trying to get that stuff to lay down flat. Is this wrapping just intended for temporary protection for now and will be removed (and maybe redone) later?

All of the above. I want it took look decent and be protected until I can paint it.
