Project Life Card Organization Storage System
In this video I am cleaning up and sharing a deep dive into how I organize my project life cards and other similar sized papers/cards. I store everything in raised trays from stamp-n-storage.

The dividers I'm using are from scrapbook.com and they are available here: www.scrapbook.com/store/sbc-s... (3x4) and www.scrapbook.com/store/sbc-s... (4x6)
The categories I came up with:
3x4 journaling cards: prompt lists, lists, fill in/check off, prompt multi, multi-story, solids, grids, stripes, lines, travel/outdoor, bad/hard times, me/reflection, friends/you/family, love/date/us, home/rest, reading/listening/watching, weekly/days, today/time of day, winter, fall, summer, spring, no prompt, general prompt, specific prompt, conversations, celebrate/play/fun, happy/good times, food/eating
3x4 filler cards: travel/outdoor, bad/hard times, me/reflection, friends/you/family, love/date/us, home/rest, reading/listening/watching, weekly/days, today/time of day, winter, fall, summer, spring, wordless, general theme, specific theme, encouragement/future, here/place, happy/good times, food/eating
3x4 pattern cards: neutral/metallic, multi-color, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink/purple, black/white/grey
3x4 photo base cards: multicolor, neutral, cool, warm
4x6 cards: weekly, monthly sets, grids, solids, stripes, general lists/multi, specific lists/multi, travel/outdoor, me/hard/encouragement, friends/you/family, love/date/us, home/rest, reading/listening/watching, winter, fall, summer, spring, large icons, quotes, vertical, photo base, no/common prompt, specific prompt, food/eating, general title, specific title
My specialty cards + Becky Higgins kits are sorted as shown in the video.

Although my card stash is not as large as yours, you inspire me to revisit my storage and organize better by theme/categories now after watching your system here. Nicely done!

I’m so envious of your journal card stash. A few years ago, I would have asked myself if I was feeling I’ll, because I never used the,. Now, it’s become #scrapgoals 😃

Thanks for walking through your system! It's inspiring me to do something similar. I have my cards still separated by story kit theme, and I like how you've grouped them into categories. I think that would help me find cards more quickly. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thank you so much for breaking it all down for us! 🤗 Just a thought...you could cut your 4"x6" dividers in half and use the tabbed size if you need more 3"x4" dividers and have a lot of extra 4"x6" ones.

Thanks! I thought of this but the plastic is pretty thick to cut, but maybe I’ll reconsider.

I love your card organization! I have several cards that are two sided. How would you go about sorting those?

I have quite a few of those too. I tend to select the side that I prefer and would more likely use, but sometimes I luck out and both sides fit the same category!

Do you mean the storage from stampnstorage? I have one large and one medium here. I have a third one, also large, for my stamp storage.
