Virtual interview on behavioral based questions then submitted. Got email a day or two later wanting to do a over the phone interview with a recruiter. Questions:what made you interested in working for our company or why? Name a time that you were most proud of in a situation and describe it. Name a time were it was most difficult? @@racel4436 i was nervous the first virtual and wasn't picked. The second one i did alot better. Just be yourself, take notes, relax, and hand it over to God. You got this.

You can always practice your answers to questions too, but being that I have been in customer service for 15 years, and retail for a total of 10 years helped me as well. I have always got to talk😊. Do not be shy in who you are, be real, and authentic.

Update:I got a contingent offer saying I got the job and have to wait on my official offer letter to tell my current employer two weeks notice.

This video helped me prepare.....just got my job offer today. Excited to start with Progressive. Good luck everyone! Write down examples and take your time, be yourself. Don't over think the questions.

@@taje017Medical Claims Rep. it helped with both actually. Question 5 was asked in both, but the video also helped me prepare for the STAR format. I never dealt with that format before, so it helped. 8 questions for the recorded interview and 5 for the live hirevue interview with the manager.

@@Kara315 so as far as the questions go you knew it would be in star format , so you freestyled the answers but used the star format? Being that you wouldn’t know what they would ask you

I have my actual interview tomorrow with the leadership team/manager (same position as you) im nervous but passed everything so far. Hopefully i get it! Starting pay is 60k so I can’t complain

@@mjbruno1581Just be yourself and remember the Star format. My interview with the manager was big on answering questions with that format. I would sometimes forget to answer like that, and she would ask follow up questions to get me there. So mine wasnt super strict but liked and encouraged the answers in that format. Come up with examples of some common interview questions and have them prepared in that format.

Questions they asked for insurance agent role for progressive Describe a complex situation you have encountered that you had to solve on your own Describe a situation we’re you had convinced a customer to multi line Why did you leave your previous employer. Describe your previous work history with your previous employer. Note: always use i instead of we ! Ask questions that shows the recruiter your interested. You got this Hope this helps good luck :)

Are these the hire vue questions?

I did this. It was 8 questions total and it said all candidates are asked the same questions. The questions are timed. That's the part you should worry most about. The questions aren't hard at all, it's trying to fit everything into the alloted time and remembering to use the STAR Technique. You must be prepared to explain your resume and the reason for leaving each job. Explain when you were unable to resolve an issue. You get 2 tries. Take a deep breath and go for it! Good luck!
