    You should create a side rail for the board pickup station. That way your main rail doesn't get blocked by a train picking up boards.

    @Braave_ I actually think it would be beneficial to move the entire wood cutting industry to a different location in the future. So maybe don't spend to much time trying to figure out how to pick up boards from that spot just yet.

    Great video. I think this game acts funky with things set to anything set to less than 10%.

    The prison needs clothes so that is another thing you can set to deliver clothes from the clothes factory rather than import.

    I think train can't go through the rail construction office, so you need to relocate that near the warehouse, at the same time plan to construct the other warehouse for rail (and construction office at this point) so you have all the building materials in one location. Will be a traffic nightmare but in chaos there is some organisation

    @19:51 He wasn't getting the clothes because you only had a quarter ton stored in the warehouse. You want at least 6 tones before he goes to pick it up, otherwise your risk spending more on gas transporting the clothes then you do from selling them.

    If you run the train through the city just under that boulevard between the double roundabouts, that would be a good location for a passenger train stop.

    @Braave_ if you orient the screen so the border post is at the top of the screen, you have a round about on the left and right hand side with a double road connecting them along the bottom (of the town). The college and those new apartment buildings would be near the right hand roundabout towards the bottom Just bellow that double road, where you talked about running the train line through and across the town is where I am thinking would be a good place for a train passanger stop After you place the train stop, you run a side track underneath that, so through traffic can go on by. Also, when planning out your rail network, give yourself room to bridge the roads over the rail. Level crossings (over heavy traffic routes) will cause problems in the future.

    You can use prisonous as labor force. You need a prison bus to transport prisoners to and from a designated workplace. You can also adjust how long people's sentences are for each level of crime. It is recommended to lower the sentence lengths from their default. You can see how the length of sentence affects things like criminality and loyalty etc.

    @Braave_ I forget if it is at the courthouse or the prison, but you can make sentences longer or shorter for each level of crime, and when you do that, you can see the effect it has on the convicts criminality and loyalty. The default sentence lengths are longer than is needed to reduce people's criminality to zero. And shorter sentences are better for retaining loyalty.

    Trains can get pretty long. You should not make any junctions within 200 meters of your border post because then trains that are importing/exporting at that border crossing can block the junction.

    @@Braave_ I've seen some people reserve up to 300 meters of length, but I doubt you'll make trains that long.

    To save on fuel: In DISTRIBUTION OFFICES set the unload storage percent at shops, pubs and gas stations etc. to 50% rather than 100% that way when the stored amount reaches 50% it will trigger a full truck delivery, otherwise when it is set to 100% deliveries will be one ton or less, the same applies to other storages as well, so calculate the percentage to be low enough to trigger a full load for the trucks you are using on that route, the same will apply when you get to rail as well.     The (import export only) distribution office delivering grain to the fabric office and exporting clothes should not be delivering clothes to the shops and prison, use the office that delivers food, meat and alcohol for that, also set the first office to only export clothes if the warehouse is over 20% full that way there will always be clothes available for the shops distribution office to deliver. Trains do not pass through rail construction offices, rail construction offices need a small warehouse, small open storage (boards steel) and a small gravel storage connected to them. 🙂

    Logistics I tell ya! I remove the railway in the next episode (sure you seen that by now) and focus on getting it running later when we have more steady revenue

    When grow citizen die children can go to orphanage if not probably disappears. Yes you can use prison work force with dedicated prison bus, they can only work in factories.

    Not a hundred % sure why the truck didn't pick up any clothes. It might be that you set it to 0%? I think they don't like that percentage? try changing the % to be just higher than the amount that a truck can carry, so the % amount to pick up would be just about 7 tones. The warehouse is set to a capacity of 40 tons of clothes. So 20% of that would be 8 tons. So set the truck to pickup clothes at 20% and see if that fixes the issue. Also, I don't think you need to set the truck to deliver the same % as the warehouse in the city is set to hold because it can only fill that warehouse up to it's max allowed. Any clothes on the truck that exceeds that amount would stay on the truck and get delivered to the border.

    I think I see the problem at 1:09:40! It says Load clothes 0% maybe increase the number to more then 0%? Just a noob here but could be the issue. Maybe you figured it out by now though. PS. It could be that it says take storage to 0% though?

    0% means they should keep loading it until the warehouse is completely empty. So I’m not sure what’s going on lol. I appreciate the comment! Hope you are enjoying the series!

    @@Braave_ Ok I figured, just thought that could maybe be the issue, seems like transport can be messed up, maybe its easier to have it do manual runs so you can tell him directly what you want. Yeah its good to see what problems can come up, this game seems very punishing to mistakes.

    I don't think you should have the rail construction office on the main line like you have. I don't think regular trains can go through it. It should be on it's own spur.

    @Braave_ you may want to consider attaching a warehouse to the rail construction office too, it uses a lot of construction materials. Rail can be really expensive, so watch your budget before you start building it. Plan things out for sure.
