Progress at our LAKE COMO Villa RENOVATION
Join us for an exciting update as we continue restoring our beautiful Italian villa on the shores of Lake Como! Italy 🏡🇮🇹 Over the past two days, we've made incredible progress:
🔥 Cleaning out the grand fireplace
🗑️ Removing all the demolition rubbish from the kitchen
🧹 Stripping away old wallpaper
⚡ Finally getting electric power restored!

Thank you, I agree and we plan to keep those, it's one of the projects I have to start to restore them as they need some work.

Yes good idea, and I was with Alla today and said to her I needed help with the garden. We had a beautiful small garden in England but I have no idea really about plants and especially roses.

Hello Leighla! We meet again! We are both Subscribers to Alla and Sergi’s channel, DREAMING OF A CHATEAU. Your Villa is so lovely! It needs a different kind of renovation than DREAMING. And yes, Leighla, ALLA’s garden touch would be awesome.

What year was your house built? Why did you decide to come to Lake Como?

It was built in 1954 and extended we think in 1969, we are just checking the history. We came here to stay with friends and loved it :)
