We have a residence with 35 bungalows, we have different types of remotes, but copy is impossible. D'ont get 3 flashes by the new remote but but only one? We got 10 to install so help is welkome.

We have two drive ways with 2 gates, and three cars for the household. We have 4 of these to operate on the two electric gates; three are in use and one stored as a master copy. Two of the three in use, seem to have stopped working on the second gate. I have tried many times to reprogram them using the 3rd copy, and the master copy to no avail.. The the buttons for the first gate work but not for the second gate. I wonder if there is anything that I can do, or I should just get two new remotes. Thank you in anticipation. Auday

Followed instructions as per video and worked for 3 new remotes however another neighbour purchased a remote fob and again followed the same procedures as I had done previously but for some reason the new fob isn’t opening the gates - any ideas?

Maybe the remote operates at a different frequency? The FAAC remotes as shown in the video have them written on the back, the one in the video being 868mhz.

it doesnt work on mine.. tried like that several times and in two different remotes that need programing.. what else can i do?

Do you have any experience, if it's possible to program this FAAC remote as a "slave" to a Hörmann remote? I mean, they are both operating on the same frequency (868MHz), so I was wondering if that has been done?

The receiver should noto be keep pressed but only quick press and after it double click to confirm

Hey. I have the same remotes and the first step works (both buttons, light flashing) but at the secend step (button opening ramp) the light does not flash repeatedly, just twice and then it shuts off. Do you know what can i do, as it does not duplicate? Many thanks
