Great video! Was that a pre infusion? How strong is the Steam power? Wish for the micra but expensive, the 300 looks like a great dual boiler

Hey! Your steam pressure seems to heat up the milk a lot faster than mine. I’m floating around the 35/40second mark. Do you have any suggestions to improve this? (This is for around 250ml of milk)

Can you tell me more about the very useful light you have fixed to the side of the machine? Thank you.

absolutely.. it heats up in 10 mins and has a potential to make espresso based drinks better than your neighborhood cafe :)

Hi nice video... been thinking of same machine. Question, if you use double spouted portafilter instead of bottomless can you still put the same scale under the cup? Also, is it easy to adjust the brew pressure? Thank you.

Thank you! If you use the double spouted which comes with the pro 300 you will be able to fit a shot espresso cup along with the scale but it is not possible to fit the size of cup I use. Brew pressure (OPV VALVE) is located under the hood. So, you have to unscrew 4 screws on the top to reach the valve. I have never done it because I do not have a way to measure the pressure after adjusting it. But it would be nice to brew at 6 bars from what I have seen with other youtube tutorials.
