Incorrect. If there is a genuine risk of a firearm going off, the public will be cordoned off and moves out of an area under the Highways Act 1980, the police can close roads or divert traffic if there is a danger to the public. In this case, there could very well be such a danger. This is irrespective of whether or not there is cordon tape on the crime scene. The constable is afforded the power. Not the tape.

I was out numbered and jumped once by 5 lads only one hit me i positioned myself to throw a punch back (i was about to get fkd up so why not) and out of nowhere a pull van pulled up i thought thank fk for that but they arrested me for affray and the officers 3 of them all said the same statement word for word only the signature being different which was a good help in letting me walk free from court, a place i shouldn't of even ended up in had the corrupt police done their job properly

Approaches in an intimidating manner when you haven't said a word to them. Accuses you of trying to provoke the situation. Also, if they were actually worried about guns being on the loose then they wouldn't just be standing around, especially with many of them with their backs turned to the street.

The armed offices were over the others side if the road and the non armed officers were dealing with the men so I think they all know there is no longer any danger

Tbh, the video didn’t show anything out of sorts to me. They obviously had a call which involved firearms, in some way or another. No one looked beaten up, or needing medical help when released.

Added to that it requires armed response units, all of them in a huddle, backs against, what was happening, the normal Police, put them in hand cuffs, then released them all. Hmmm, think about it. Obviously nothing was happening in reality. Was lucky AB was walking by to capture it in real time. Classic example of film everything good or bad, this is real life stuff, proving our Police need education, training, call it whatever, they are a shambolic institution. It needs sorted and pronto. These vids highlight their incompetence.

"Your safety" More like hide any corruption or abuse of authority through their procedures

Colleague of mine was threaten( said he was going to stab him, whilst holding his pocket to outline a potential knife) they called the police they turned up 6 hours later.

You'll be able to sleep well tonight in the knowledge that a bunch of uniformed thugs are concerned about your safety.

Unfortunately that's how it is for most black people. I remember in my younger days I was stopped and searched so many times for no reason smh.
