Improving Quality of Women’s Health Care aims to inspire and support healthcare professionals working to improve quality and safety within their obstetrics and gynaecology services. The conference recognised the difficulties health professionals face and support them through the lens of personal challenges, burnout, team behaviour, service leadership and how to establish a systems approach to safety.
