Professor Hoiby, message to world leaders

Please pass this video on, Basically, we need to change the vaccine administration guidelines to include precautionary aspiration, prior to pushing in the vaccine. This will prevent cases of inadvertent intravascular administration of vaccine.
Here is some discussion to suggest inadvertent intravascular vaccine administration is a variable in the aetiology of complications after adenoviral vector vaccine administration and after mRNA vaccines.
These adverse events, although rare have reduced public confidence in covid vaccination, especially amongst the young, where vaccine rates are lowest.
It has long been known that intravenous injection of adenovirus leads to TTS in mice
ashpublications.org/blood/art...
Now, new covid vaccine specific work agrees with this previous work
Thrombocytopenia and splenic platelet directed immune responses after intravenous ChAdOx1 nCov-19 administration (29th June 2021)
www.biorxiv.org/content/10.11...
The authors conclude, ‘Our work contributes to the understanding of TTS and highlights accidental intravenous injection as potential mechanism for post-vaccination TTS.’
‘We show that intravenous but not intramuscular injection of ChAdOx1 triggers platelet-adenovirus aggregate formation and platelet activation.’
‘Hence, safe intramuscular injection, with aspiration prior to injection, could be a potential preventive measure when administering adenovirus-based vaccines.’
Also after giving mRNA vaccines
A new study finds that giving mice intravenous mRNA vaccine also causes heart inflammation in mice.
Intravenous Injection of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) mRNA Vaccine Can Induce Acute Myopericarditis in Mouse Model (August 2021)
academic.oup.com/cid/advance-...
‘Our study indicates that IV injection of vaccines might partially contribute to this clinical phenotype, thus warranting a reconsideration of the practice of IM injection without aspiration, which carries the risk of inadvertent IV injection.’
Agreement from ‘fact check’ from Leo Nicolai, Cardiology Fellow, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich:
(German Centre for Cardiovascular Research)
healthfeedback.org/claimrevie...
‘Indeed, there is peer-reviewed work showing in mice that possibly intravenous injection of mRNA vaccine leads to myocardial inflammation.’
‘that intravenous injection of adenoviral vector based vaccine (AZ1222, ChAdOx1) leads to thrombocytopenia and platelet-directed immune responses, offering a possible explanation for vaccine-induced thrombosis/thrombocytopenia’
‘these data might indicate a simple measure to lower the incidence of vaccine-induced side effects,’
‘There is a lack of data on frequency and effects of IV injection in humans.’
Denmark has changed their national guidelines
en.ssi.dk/news/epi-news/2021/...
Based on a precautionary principle, we recommend aspiration before injection.

I am in Canada. I went to get my booster with papers in hand including the mouse study with the aspiration conclusion highlighted and the Health Canada document clearly saying it it for pain control. I went somewhere with nurses. I made my case that I was more worried about inflamation and clots than a needle, some informed consent talk, and some of your biology. I got aspirated, and they also took the papers to pass along. I am sure the papers will not get far, but I will email them in again to the politicians.

Actually I believe it is the difference between health of the population as a whole, as opposed to the health of any one individual. Every medication ends up killing some people here and there. If you are a head of state, you care about the population. As an individual, you can believe that the risk of the vaccine is too high and you'd rather risk getting covid, so you make that decision for yourself. The data doesn't support that though, statistically.

My wife is a nurse educator. On seeing this video posting I called her at work to convey what you discussed here. She said, "When did people stop aspirating?" Like you, she said that aspirating is something we learned in first semester nursing. Notwithstanding that, I've noticed it is often not practiced. Seems this is a message we need to drive home. Thank you for these posting, Dr. Campbell. They are extremely useful.

The WHO changed the vaccination guidelines with no justification, everyone is blindly following the new don't aspirate protocol because it's easier and faster. "Why do thing right when you can cut corners and fudge your way through? I'll get paid anyway" is how most people do their work. Also, most people are like sheep, even those with university degrees. The fall for groupthink most of the time. It's very disappointing.

I had my booster yesterday (England) and asked the doctor giving the injection to aspirate as I would rather risk slightly more pain than it go into a blood vessel - he said it wasn't policy but he would do it (said something about greater risk of infection - which to be honest didn't really sound likely, or that he believed it either - but whatever). However the other guy in the room (taking my details) tried to override him and tell him not to do it. The doctors response was perfect, "As a medical doctor, I won't go against a patients wishes", to which the guy taking the notes responded (to me) "if it were me I wouldn't do it", my reply was "in that case I would refuse the vaccine and go find someone who would aspirate". I'm not sure who the guy was but the sheer nerve of him! As John once said "Patients body, patients choice". Thank you again to the Dr who gave my injection for listening and aspirating and thank you John for putting this information out there.

It shouldn't be a fight to get this done. Your body your choice. Even if 1/5000 is inadvertently injected into the intravascular space that would mean that 13,000 people were exposed to unnecessary risk from vaccination in Canada.

Canada is the worst medical tyranny when it comes to covid. They also blanket banned an opposite of depression effect round little with thing that is called flu, then vox, then amine (youtube censors science) that underwent a large scale randomized control trial and was proven to be safe and effective for reducing severe illness. Other studies also showed a virtually perfect record for stopping death. Other studies, and also based on what we know about SSRIs, show that they are anti inflammatory. Many doctors and patients around the world have reported reduction of long covid symptoms, especially brain fog, by using this. Yet Canada continues to ban access to this to civilians. It is crime against humanity. But they have successfully brainwashed the majority of the Canadian population, who are rushing to roll up the sleeves of their toddlers. Many parts of Canada FORCE you to get the V and FORCE you to come IN PERSON to do a NECESSARY life task that can easily be done online. And they deliberately deny all reasonable alternatives, such as showing a negative pcr test, doing it online, or installing hepa filters to actually limit spread. Nowhere in Canada meaningfully enforces the mask laws. They force you to undergo an experimental medical procedure without giving any of the easy to implement reasonable alternatives, yet they fail to uphold something as non invasive and simple as wearing a mask, which goes much farther to prevent spread. There is a large scale UK study using 38 million people, that showed moderna causes more myocarditis in under 40s than covid itself. Yet the medical tyranny in Canada still continues to force it. They might do something like use pfizer instead, but how do we know down the line that won't be a problem with pfizer as well? We simply don't know. They started the roll out before checking for these things. They should not be able to force people to accept the gamble if they don't want to. Everybody should be allowed to do their own cost benefit analysis and have autonomy over their body. They refuse to enforce masks, which are much more simple and convenient, yet they are forcing something with rare but potentially catastrophic lifelong consequences? Especially for young healthy people who are unlikely to get affected by covid regardless? A healthy 20 year old without the V is less likely to be hospitalized than a 75 year old fully Vd person. But the medical tyranny in Canada doesn't know what science or common sense is, they will still require the healthy 20 year to increase their chances of myocarditis unnecessarily if they want to complete certain activities necessary for survival. This is authoritarianism plain and simple. When you deliberately force someone to do something you want, against common sense and science, and when there are perfectly reasonable, available, and even superior alternatives, that is called authoritarianism. This is no different than something like forced sterilization. Those who are causing unnecessary harm to the health of the Canadian public need to be charged for their criminal actions as soon as possible..

@Richard Peters You will seriously get the 3rd dose? Have you not seen that the problems are cumulative.. mostly result after the 2nd dose? How do you know 3rd dose, then 4rth, 5th, 6th, won't cumulatively build up and give you a heart attack or something in a few years? It would be perfectly rational to suspect something like this. Will it happen? We have no idea, but all the science poitns it to being a possibiliy, which is why it is crucial to complete the necessary studies. Which are not being done. They will first give 3rd, 4rth, 5th, 10th, then they will see if their gamble paid off or not. It is your choice if you want to gamble your life like this though, unlike them I don't force anybody to take or not take anything. I just say do a cost benefit analysis before doing anything. Weigh it against your risk from damage from covid itself. That is how any medicine ever was decided. Until now, when they decide to give regardless of cost benefit analysis.

The problem is very simple in Canada.. we have politicians who have never examined the process to gather a legitimate understanding directing policy on the recommendation of pencil pushing medical personnel rather then in the field personnel. Look up the Canadian and American policy...The policy itself is lacking even remote common sense. If they took a simple pole from nurses with decades + long career experience in intramuscular injections not a single one of us would exclude aspiration. We've all had multiple instances of aspirating blood on a somewhat regular basis. Then talk to animal clinics and you'll see the same level of occurrence. Then read each vaccine package insert going back 30 years + and you'll find that all of them say do not administer intravenously. For a number of good reasons - side effects, and efficacy to name a couple. Every single day in Canada & the United States a percentage of patients are without any question receiving their Covid19 vaccine in a blood vessel inadvertently, and it could be avoided so easily. For the record I've aspirated every single intramuscular injections I've ever given. If this is not changed i won't be surprised to see some major lawsuits in the near future.

We are trained to aspirate before every single IM injection and it is looked down upon if you do not. It’s so simple, it is second nature to us. I have seen blood draw back into my syringe many times, and been able to accurately adjust where I give the injection based on this. This should be standard protocol in every medical institution across the world and the fact it isn’t already is shocking to me.

Thank you for this! I’m an RN from Ontario, Canada. We were initially taught to always aspirate before administering an IM injection. As you know, the technique changed sometime in the early 2000’s and aspirating before IM injections was no longer required or taught. At the time, the reason given for the change was that it caused less pain to the recipient if aspiration was not used, and the risk of administering directly into a blood vessel was so small that it was not a significant reason to aspirate before IM injections. There are those of us that were never comfortable with this change. Before receiving the Moderna vaccine, I requested the administering Dr. to aspirate; and, thankfully, she was happy to comply with my request. I am circulating this to as many as I can reach!

That's not correct. In most laws that derived from English common laws, sovereign and governmental immunity exist to protect acting officials from lawsuits. You can potentially sue someone after they quit the government but even these lawsuits rarely materialize in actual sentencing. The politicians have every opportunity to "right their wrong" during their tenure in government, they simply prefer not to because these days everything is down to optics instead of substance - appearing correct matters more than actually being correct. This is a result of the poor education and lack of maturity of the public, not really the politicians themselves, who are really just there to survive their environment.

This literally just happened to my friend. He was threatened with losing his job and he has a family. He went for his 1st dose and he felt a rush across his chest and he collapsed on the floor. They revived him and waved off the ambulance. He went home after an hour or so and for days now he has been having terrible symptoms and can't play with his kid. His Dr. is trying to get him an exemption. We are in Canada.

Because of your advice I insisted that the nurse at cvs drugstore aspirate my vaccine injection, and although I was told by him that it wasn’t advised by the cdc I pleaded with him and he did in fact comply with my request. I have been telling everyone I know about the importance of aspirating and the risks of not, and I have been texting your KZread discussions on this subject to my friends and family as well. As a result, my daughter had my granddaughter inoculated by her pediatrician to be sure it was done properly. It is frightening to realize that we cannot trust the government departments that we pay so much in taxes to protect and inform us. it is important that we do our own research from credible sources such as yourself, so thank you for that!

Sorry for your phobia. Dealt with it a lot in my many years of practice. Nothing you can do will remove these "gumboils" except extraction or root canal therapy. To eliminate the infection, the source of the bacterial growth has to be eliminated. Since you cannot sterilize the root canal system (source), an endodontist can. However, it sounds like many of your teeth are beyond fixing; therefore, removal may be your best option. As I said, since you can't reach the bacteria, STOP USING ALCOHOL! Or any other self remedy. The best you can do is to keep the abscesses draining until you see a professional. With the proper use of local anesthetics and possibly an anxiolytic, you will not have any pain during treatment.

There were different people administering vaccination each time and they asked me to explain what I needed. Both of them really nice and understanding. During the first dose the chemist had to discard the vaccine and the needle because he found blood during aspirating. I would go to get vaccinated much earlier if I knew there would be no problem.
