USC Gould School of Law Professor Elyn Saks was invited by Vice President Joe Biden office to share information about her lifelong illness of schizophrenia for his mental health campaign. The campaign is to help to de-stygmatize mental health issues and put a face to those who suffer from mental illness, but still live productive and successful lives.
A MacArthur "Genius Grant" honoree, Professor Saks has dedicated the Saks Institute for Mental Health Law, Policy, and Ethics and not only influenced peers, but also the many students she advises and teaches.

La es qui zo fre nia respetuosamente pienso que esas "voces" son ocasionadas por personas con las que convives, desconocidos (as) que pueden estar cerca o lejos de ti y que reclaman cualquier bien material o inmaterial que te pertenezca o es un pretexto para estar cerca de ti. Lo que te parece un infierno son personas con vida y la responsable no eres tú Elena Saks. Los medicamentos empeoran la situación. Hablar de tu actualidad mejora tu imagen y tú situación emocional.
