This wasnt a story on Tyshawn, they used tyshawn to paint a racist remark on how “black people can do anything” belittling african americans and making it seem like tyshawn is one of the many that are oppressed and found their “big break”. The media loves to paint pictures, they love to see in COLOR. They cant see anyone just by their accomplishments, they must look at his/her skin color, background, their personality/rhetoric, etc.
