ABANDONED Retro Mansion (I can’t believe what I found!)
This abandoned Spanish style house was built in 1976. It was owned by a professional Candian DJ and Producer. This house was bought out by a developer in 2021. They have plans to demolish and build new homes here. I loved to retro bathrooms with the bright colours. I enjoyed seeing some items left behind.

About me:
I have been exploring abandoned places since I was a child and now I would like to film the explores and share the videos with you.
My father took me to my first abandoned house when I was 7 years old. I remember going into the house and a old farmer came in and told us "we better watch out as the floors are all rotten and unsafe". Ever since that day I was hooked on exploring abandoned places.
If you have a location you would like to share with me or want me to explore for you please send me an email at abandonedurbexcanada@hotmail.com and I will give you full credit for the share in the description and during the video if you choose.

Does anyone else feel like every explored house has a soul? or some kind of inner spirit?
It's somewhat sad seeing these videos. Not just because this was someone's life and hard work, but so much material is wasted.
I watch every video you post. Yours is the ONLY intro I don't fast forward and, in fact, I turn up the volume. I love your music and the views of my country, especially the wildlife. You are one of the best Brent, keep the great explores coming!

I hope he never changes the intro song. It's beautiful and haunting all at the same time.

Fantastic video. The owners had really bold taste when it came to bathrooms. Thank you for all of your hard work❤

Thanks!
I know that house, it was for sale a few years back too. It looks like the developers managed to buy the one next to it as well, getting enough lot size for a larger development. Keep an eye on that stretch of road, a lot of houses and properties (even one of the churches) are being redeveloped for townhouses and condos.
I love this 70's style house. I especially love ❤ the bathrooms 🚻. They are awesome 👌 👏 👍. Thanks for sharing 👍 😊 ❤
The bathroom in the basement definitely has some "shining" going on. REDRUM!!
Those vintage tiled bathrooms are much sought after now. They came in so many colors and styles.
A single bar of Irish spring in one of the bathrooms.

good catch!
The no risers in the back of stairs looks cool but gives me the willies when I walk up them! ☺️

Pretty sure that's no longer to code - assuming this house is in Ontario. Happy to be corrected though!
I always love these retro house tours :o) And those bathrooms were just Wow!!! Sad that its being demolished, it has a lot of charm and character. Thanks Brent
WOW what a great house....I'm loving the 70s vibe. Reminds me of my younger days...
Thatblue one is so calming😊andthe tairrailing not being painted was great😊
I liked the front doors. The bathrooms sure were bright colours. I don’t know what we were thinking about in the seventies 😂
I have a Bluetti power station as well. Just want to add because their customer support has been so excellent when I wanted to exchange for a larger capacity, that their prices are very competitive. Considering they use lithium iron phosphate instead of just lithium ion, when you compare to a popular brand like Jackery and their prices and how they are lithium ion, it's a simple choice between them.
Those bathrooms are insane but I love them! I’m a kid of the late 70s so there must be an in-built appreciation of this sort of style haha. They need to be preserved. Love the layout of the house. It breaks my heart to see these lovely old classy home flattened to make way for absolute modern crap which looks awful and bland. Great video Brett
Beautiful house but crazy bathroom colors wow.
Beautiful home but those bathroom’s, OMG! Very cool video! ❤️👍🤘
The bathrooms!! 😱 That was awesome
I enjoy all of you're videos keep em coming Brent watching from Florida
Some interesting choices for colours but, a lovely house Brent
Brent hello pray you have been well and enjoying your summer😊
This house would be interesting to see what an interior designer would choose to do with it. The owner had very bold design choices.
Another great video my friend. This place was incredible. The bathrooms were amazing especially the blue one!

Excellent video!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
Nice house with nightmare bathrooms. Years I had no time to go to the decorating office so I told them to just do the floor tiling as the walls. 😂 Seeing the blue bathroom, reminded me of the many slip and near falls we had in three bathrooms. Brent, my fave is still the Pope’s getaway up north. 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻
Let’s go 🥾🏡❤!! Appreciate you, Sir 🎉🙏🏾❤️!!
Love the red bthrooms😊
Absolutely enjoyable!!🥂👍😊
The roof is awesome😊
Always love your content!! Ty
Wow!! What a find. A really fun house just destroyed for no good reason. A little remodeling and that house would stand for another 100 years. Those bathrooms were very unique!
Love your videos , I would love it if you were able to give us a little more history on the places you vist . 😊
I really liked the exterior of this house! The staircase was really nice as was that small room with the brick fireplace, I can see that being used as a den, quite cozy. That was really quite bold choices for bathroom tile, I’ve never seen anything like it. Great explore, stay safe out there!

I liked that cozy den, too. The “sunken” element adds to the coziness.
I kinda liked that blue bathroom. Kinda reminds me of the ocean good size house tho.
Que casa bacana, adorei a escaparía. Parabéns pelo vídeo 👏🙏🇧🇷
Woow what a nice surprise for tonight my favorite explorer 🙌😁 so great find very interesting house, nice fireplace and all those interesting and different bathrooms, especially the blue one,the most impressive...Thank you for another excellent video, you're the best 👏👏👏 Big kiss and hug for you from Serbia ❤🇷🇸 Be careful ❤🇨🇦
I love these exploration type of videos, and Brett is my favorite explorer. Also, it doesn’t hurt that he’s so dang handsome.
Esses banheiros dos anos 70 são maneiros, quanta criatividade 😊. A casa está muito bem conservada e é uma pena não haver humanos morando ainda.
Them bathrooms red one bright 😎
It’s amazing to me how this beautiful big house could be abandoned??? It could have been saved & updated & used today 😞😰😢 Breaks my heart to see these properties go to waste 😞😰😢 Thank you for sharing this video with us!!! I enjoyed it 👍🙏💕
Excellent explore!! Many thanks for bringing us along 😊
Yay! A new video, so happy. 😊
Best part of the house was the tiles in the bathrooms. Every else was just 70's. But it's still a shame to see a good house get destroyed. Wish they could take the tiles out...Thank you for the video!
This was a unique house. I bet they took pride in the bathroom designs. Thanks for showing us before it is lost to the wrecking crew.

I agree, unique! I bet the people were, too.
Love that blue bathroom
Back: you have a lot of stuff for me to check out. I'm digging in. Thanks
Love the colors!!
HI BRENT ,, GREAT VIDEO,, I WOULDNT CALL THIS A MANSION ,,BUT A LARGE HOUSE ... I LOVE THESE OLD LIGHTS IN THE HALLWAY AND THE STAIRCASE ,, .. THE ROOMS ARE SMALL THE KITCHEN IS 70S BUT WOW!!! THE BATHROOMS ARE FAR OUT!! HA!! I LIKE THE BLUE BATHROOM .. I GREW UP IN THE 60s AND I MISS THOSE DAYS,, AND I ONLY DRIVE OLD CARS 60-70S ...PEOPLE STILL LIKE THESE HOUSES,, THE BASEMENT IS GREAT ,, BRADY BUNCH,,,TO BAD ITS COMING DOWN,, THANK YOU!!!!
I would have to put some fish tiles in that bathroom. Maybe some river rock tiles too. Well heck a waterfall too.
Gorgeous
This is a very nice abandoned two story house and being the former residence of professional DJ's it has kind of a fancy look about it on the inside of it and it's to bad that it is going to be torn down but it is just going to be wasting away sitting there abandoned but I hope that after it is demolished the land will be put to good use this was a great place to explore and until your next video Thank You.🇨🇦🏘🇨🇦
I both hate and love the blue and reddish pink bathrooms.
That ugly blue bathroom was bigger than the main floor kitchen..thanks Brent for the explore ..sure enjoyed it..
Love, love those bathrooms thanks so much for sharing always enjoy your videos.
Wow beautiful
Who I love love the house ❤❤❤❤👍👍👍😺😺😺👋👋👋
Never get notified of your videos.
Good morning !!Coffee ☕ time with Brent!! Gill 🇬🇧
Brent another great explore. Was really hoping you were going to go out the walkout and show the river. The staircase was my favorite. The bathrooms those were something else. Have a great day!😀
I'm kind of disappointed the bathtub wasn't also blue
Thanks for another awesome video. The bathrooms were different I have never seen any like that.
all those bathrooms are crazy lol
Wow those bathrooms are real something. Nice to see a new video.
What an interesting house. It tells so many stories but yet is a mystery. Nice find.
Tile work was amazing. That would cost a pretty penney today.
Beautiful
I love its retro-ness but would definitely fix up a bunch of it.
Great find Bret, but it's not my style, those bathrooms are overwhelming, and I don't like the modern look, prefer the older type house's.The outside is beautiful, love the front doors thanks for sharing
I agree, large kitchens are more valued today than they were in the 70’s.
Awesome McMansion! I have to say those bathrooms were hideous! 😂 Can’t believe how clean the upstairs and main floor were, the basement condition was a surprise, like they just got bored with cleaning it out🤷♀️ It’s a shame it’s being torn down 😢 Thanks Brent for another great find! 🩵
Thanks for the tour!
15:22 Twister! Suits the house. And so many toys they obviously outgrew.
Wow !! That was a new level of flash back 😁👍🇨🇦
Love the blue bathroom.. interesting house I kinda like it😊
Nice video Brent.😊 A 66 years fan from😊 the Netherlands
What I find strange is that they have two steps going down into that fireplace room. Why? I worry so much about falls. I don't get the purpose of it. The outside of the house looks nice. Thanks Brent!
House seams to be in really good condition. It’s sad to see developers destroy these homes, why they can’t remodel them and include them in the new development. I grew up in the 70’s and 80’s, I have to say I don’t remember ever seeing bathrooms that bold, wow!
Thank you for taking us!!❤
Master bathroom was custom made. Had to have been. Hi Brent, good to see you as always. Shame this beauty is getting demoed. Sucks!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Them Corn tortillas look very fresh to me. You need to be more careful. It's scary.
GREAT...LOL! First bathroom gives flashbacks to Murdock yelling, "TR-AAA-SH BAGS! I WANT TR-AAA-SH BAGS!" and the second warranted a reaction of, "Y-y-yyup! That's a LOTTA blue!"
Mylar balloons will hold air for a long-long time, but traditional rubber balloons do let the air (or helium) leak in miniscule amounts and will deflate in a few days to a week.
Cheers to those bathrooms!👍
I hope they salvage pieces from this during teardown
😂 rotary phones NEVER DIE
Digging the blue bathroom.
That place is nuts!
Bummer no Jesus playing putt putt. Great video
awesome
Maybe tiny kitchens were typical in Canada in the 70's and 80's it wasn't in the the USA during those yeaars.
Very Spanish. I expect there were multigenerational living in that house. From grandparents to grandchildren. Those bathrooms ! - how anyone could live with those even when fashionable ??!..
Those bathrooms were wild
What is your theme song music? Love it
Couldn't imagine walking into those bathrooms with a hang over.
Straight out of the 80's
Looks like they spent more time in the bathrooms than in the kitchen.
Some people just put a 2D type tree on the wall instead of decorating an actual tree. Perhaps they had cats and avoided defeat. ☺️ Or were allergic to pine trees. Usually this is done in a super small space to conserve space.
