Итог конечно красивый, ничего не скажешь. Но я заметил один единственный косяк. Сайлентблои верхних рычагов, стойки стабилизатора, и задние амортизаторы были затянуты на подъемнике, когда колеса и подвеска была в максимально вывешеном положении. Правильнее всего нужно опустить автомобиль на пол, покачать подвеску, и после этого затянуть все упомянутые узлы. В противном случае сайлентблоки будут работать с чрезмерным разрывом. Данную процедуру можно не делать, если вместо всех сайлентблоков будут установлены подшипники скольжения. Но это совсем другая история.

@@slavakpss312 если вы имеете ввиду стойки стабилизатора шарнирного типа, то полностью согласен, положение подвески в момент затяжки не имеет значения. А вот что касается сайлентблоков, то данные детали, будь то амортизаторы, рычаги или стойки стабилизатора, которые имеют в конструкции сайлентблоки, затягиваются только тогда, когда узлы подвески заняли свое место на земле так сказать.

@@slavakpss312 я имел ввиду не бублики, которые одеваются на шток и затягиваются через шайбы гайкой. Я имел ввиду сайлентблоки с залитой металлической втулкой.

When u do lift body.. the engine also must follow lift up.. i'm form Borneo, here modification and upgrade body lift.. the engine also must lifted... we engineering the steering rack and rod steering.. others we installed ARB system and IronMan product.

Tem algumas coisas pra melhorar nessa instalação. Cortar parafusos com foi feito, além de não deixar fio de rosca (pelo menos 3), altera a estrutura do reticulado cristalino do aço, fragilizando o fio de rosca próximo ao corte. Usar aparafusadeira pneumática (2:57 do vídeo, percebe-se a porca também rodando junto em alguns momentos) não dá torque necessário e corre o risco de fragilizar a rosca do parafuso. Melhor usar a elétrica, pelo torque constante, sem o pico de pulso que a pneumática dá.

looks nice for an on road vehicle. In Australia those big wheels with low profile side walls wouldn't suvive 5 minutes off road.

Динамометрический ключ, хроммолибденовые ударные головки, полтора-два витка резьбы из гайки должно торчать (это про обрезку стяжки рессор). И много другого. Походу ребятам дали ключи, инструкцию в виде комикса и вперёд. Я думал только в наших сервисах рукожопят, а оказывается это интернациональная практика.
