One of the numerous problems we have as Ghanaians is the lack of strong thinkers who can use wisdom, knowledge, and impartial minds to make deductive reasoning. NDC and NPP hierarchy and our MPs are friends and as cronies, they can NEVER arrest themselves and prosecute each other to retrieve our stolen (same as embezzled) monies for us. The professor says the NDC will deal with all corrupt officials in the NPP if they win power. She is being dishonest because she knows very well in her heart that she cannot do it. They are all friends who attended the grade 'A' secondary schools and the 3 premier universities in our country so they always commit the same national sins of the soul together and pretend to fight corruption. It's a mere white elephant talk. NPP officials, including President Akufo Addo, also made this same perturbing pronouncement about corruption when he and his NPP were in the opposition. In fact, the NPP leaders spoke too big and vehemently vowed to arrest all the corrupt officials in the NDC. Did he do it? Both the NPP and NDC officials always make a fool of Ghanaians because they tell us different things in public but when they meet their sinful partners in the other political parties, they laugh at us and make a mockery of us. To wit, they only tell us what we want to hear; not what they ought to do for Ghana. No one should be fooled by what the learned professor is saying. She is speaking as if the NDC has not been in power before. Astonishingly, no party has ruled Ghana the longest more than the NDC if we add the PNDC era to their regimes). Why couldn't they affect the arrest of the said NPP corrupt officials when the NDC was in power from 2008 to 16? Since when did she see Ghana has disgraceful, criminals, thieves, low-thinkers, and corrupt politicians who are always stealing from us? Why doesn't she include the thieves and corrupt politicians in the NDC and has deliberately excluded them? Which political party has benefited from Ghana more than the NDC? And in which party can Ghanaians see more thieves and corrupt officials than the NDC? Isn't what is good for the goose equally good for the gander? It's shameful and hypocrisy.

I love the intelligence and courage of the professor and I applaud her services to Ghana. But let nobody be deceived that speaking vocabulary depicts having the ability to develop a country. Our politicians have been speaking unnecessary English for many years but when we give them the job to lead us, they always find themselves wanting and cannot do simple and basic things to transform the economy for the poor and the middle-class people. The world knows that the NPP is smarter, more well-educated, and more knowledgeable than the NDC. How many NDC officials and fans understand the vocab. the professor is spewing? In the U.S., no political speaks English above grade 6-12 because they want their audience and citizens to understand what they say. Most of the people on this site don't have skills and knowledge in proficient communication thus they think speaking in vocals shows intelligence. No, it isn't. A good communicator is a person who knows the audience and the environment where he or she is speaking. Abraham Lincoln, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., etc. never spoke big English but these were people who used honesty, hard work, and wisdom to develop their nation, U.S. Ghanaians speak vocabs English more than any country in the world. Sadly, we are not able to apply the vocabulary we speak and brag about to show strong thinking skills and wisdom to develop our own nation. The Holy Bible is right when Ecclesiastes 1:12-14 says "What a heavy burden God....., all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind".
