Prof. Jeffrey Sachs : How to Save Ukraine from the US

Join us as we sit down with Professor Jeffrey Sachs to dissect the intricate dynamics of U.S. and Russia relations in Ukraine. We challenge the mainstream narrative by exploring how promises of NATO membership to Ukraine may have fueled the ongoing conflict. Uncover the historical context of U.S. foreign policy, focusing on the neoconservative agenda aimed at global dominance through destabilization and regime change. This episode also sheds light on the failed peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia in March 2022, stressing the critical need for effective diplomacy to halt the devastating military actions and save lives.
Professor Sachs offers a compelling critique of President Biden's recent optimistic statements about America's global standing. How accurate are they in the face of shifting geopolitical realities and growing global mistrust? We discuss the multifaceted crisis in Ukraine, marked by corruption, military strife, and the troubling influence of far-right factions. Moreover, we analyze the controversial stance on NATO expansion and its repercussions for U.S.-Russia relations, drawing parallels to hypothetical scenarios that would challenge American borders. This episode is a wake-up call for reevaluating U.S. foreign policy to adapt to today's complex international landscape. Don't miss this thought-provoking discussion that underscores the urgent need for a strategic pivot towards diplomacy.

If other "every-day people" of other nations seem to be so irrelevant to the American Juggernaut, what makes you feel so immune to the same sort of indifference? Based on the words of a well-known Russian politician who fell out of favor because he called one minister a whore..but possessing great connections... The United States has not shown proper respect for Russia. By offering to join NATO on a common basis. With the transition to NATO standards, and other crap that ordinary small fry go through. Stuff like standing in a queue for years. At this point, everything stalled. It was clear to Russia that this was humiliating, and fraught with numerous monetary expenses. Russia is too big for NATO. In the end, the Americans breathed a sigh of relief. After all, then there is still a reason for the existence of NATO.

Prof. Sachs can't comprehend that a war with Russia is a single goal of Ukraine's existence. Founding father of Ukrainian nationalism Stepan Bandera once said that he was more than willing to exterminate half of Ukraine's population to achieve ideological purity. Roman Shukhevych (SS officer (hauptmann) who was directly implicated in a mass extermination of jews and poles) is a national hero of Zelenskyy Ukraine. Multiple streets are named after him. Zelenskyy is quite fine with that. Moreover he didn't even apologize for his standing ovation for this SS Nazi in Canadian parliament, because it would upset multiple Nazis in his army (yeah, Nazis that are covered with Nazi tattoos, wear Nazi patches and paint swastikas on their tanks). There is also a bronze bust of Roman Shukhevych at the Ukrainian Youth Unity Complex in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada . .. It was partly funded by Canadian taxpayers. Another national hero of Zelenskyy Ukraine is Stepan Bandera (even more streets and stadiums are named after him). You can read his speeches calling for a mass extermination of the Poles and Jews He was crystal clear about Ukrainian nationalism and what it stood for shoulder to shoulder with Hitler.

There's no difference between the right to apply to join NATO and the right to join NATO? Meaning that the other NATO member-states do not have the right to reject any country's application to join? Everyone has the right to ask me to marry them. That's obvious. It is perfectly legitimate, morally and legally, to ask for an adult person's hand in marriage. Does that mean that everyone has the right to *be married* to me - meaning that I myself have no say in the matter?

American message to the Ukrainians: "You do all of the dying - we can do all of the winning" * This is all we - Ukrainians need to know about this proxy NATO vs Russia war: “Being an enemy of America is dangerous, being a friend of America is fatal.” - Henry Kissinger (?) * >>>I guess it was the 12th or 13th time to Kiev, and I was supposed to announce that there was another billion-dollar loan guarantee. I got a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against a state prosecutor, and they didn’t. “So as they were walking out to the press conference, I said, nah, we aren’t going to give you the billion dollars. They said you have no authority, you are not the President. I said call him. I’m telling you, you are not getting the billion dollars. “You are not getting the billion; I am leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you are not getting the money. “Well, son of a bitch, he got fired.>If you put aside the immense human suffering and look at Ukraine’s war through the cold lens of international power politics, a clear picture emerges: the West is having a good war against Russia. All NATO has to do is send Kyiv munitions, equipment and money, which, as any general knows, is the c h e a p e s t way to wage war. (...) The lives are being given by the Ukrainians. They’re defending their nation but also, inadvertently, helping decide the Cold War. For 70 years, NATO deterred a Moscow attack westwards. The Russians eventually invaded, last February, what they assumed would be a conquerable target on their south-western border. The war that NATO long prepared for is finally being fought.
