If you’re still struggling with the UTIs try taking D-mannose! I was in the exact same boat (still taking a long term antibiotic) but I swear to you, D-mannose is an amazing preventative measure and has proven benefits. I know how annoying unsolicited advice is but i SWEAR this is a game changer girls

@@Tarotjackpot yes both of those help a lot! Luv cran juice. D-mannose is actually sugar that comes from cranberry that has been proven to be almost as effective as long term antibiotics in preventing chronic UTIs. The only thing is, you can't get enough of it from drinking the juice so you can take the supplement for D-mannose and then drink cran juice for the other benefits!!

@@x-starlight-x If you feel symptoms do not put off going to the doctor, no amount of cranberry juice will help. It can turn into a kidney infection within a couple days if not treated, which can lead to sepsis if then not treated. My sister nearly died because she ignored a UTI and drank cranberry juice for 3 days before it turned to a kidney infection. This was then mismanaged and she got sepsis and was very very ill in hospital. Take UTIs seriously. Hopefully you can get some advice on the D-Mannose as I have no experience with it, but I'll always advocate for doctors help once you have symptoms.

My personal go-to after antibiotics, as an infection-prone girly, is switching my morning yogurt to activia (or a similar probiotic yogurt) and adding some kombucha to my daily iced tea addiction for a couple weeks. It really helps get your gut biome back and get the stomach pain to leave sooner :) Hope you feel better soon!

I was struggling with UTIs for years!! Trust me that I've tried everything and soda bicarbonate helped the most! Just simply put one teaspoon in a glass of water in the evening before sleep and in the morning if it persists and you will get instant relief. I used it preemptively when needed through a couple of months then it went away completely. It creates the non-acidic environment that is why it is so great.

I get perioral dermatitis and find when I get a flare up antifungal cream helps but dries the bejesus out of my skin and diprobase to use as a barrier to stop it coming back when it’s not there. It’s such a pain 😭 x

OMG I wish I liked the scrub-bee... I fell so hard in the shower after using it. So oily and coated everything. Then when drying off with a towel it was rolling off my skin like an oily gross layer :(

Check out vitamins for POD! I’m no doctor so do not take this as full advice but i started taking neem vitamins and acidophilus probiotics and it helped me hugely! Check with a medical professional but that’s what I was advised to do!
