That’s interesting that you mention you like the iPhone X because it has no home button and it’s easier for you to access with the swipe feature. I am visually impaired and use a screen reader and I don’t like not having a home button because a lot of the gestures I need to access voiceover are different. I had a thought though about the fact that it might be more accessible for people who have limited use of their hands. It’s always interesting to learn about different types of accessibility so thank you for sharing.
It is wonderful to see that you are able to adapt to your disability and do things independently. I hope that you will meet someone special who will love and accept you unconditionally. You deserve it.
Great video. I’m newly disabled (amputee) so I’m learning a lot about so many adaptive products. Thank you for sharing. :)
There are small push - pump bottles in different sizes that one can buy empty - for filling in amounts of shampoo etc for going on holiday or whatever. So if you find a product that comes in a difficult - to - access package but you really like , you could just fill it in the other push- pump bottle. At many stores there they come in packages of 2 or 3 different bottles and cost about 3- 4 € .
Like, rather than just talk about 'em, why not demonstrate 'em? You go, girl!
To change small devices I can also recommend you to check magnetic plugs and cables (there are for micro usb, usb c and I phone). I am not disabled but it's really helpful eg when I'm driving, because you put the plug once into your device and then only need to put the cable close to connect it with the plug. You can buy them on AliExpress or Amazon and they're really cheap (plug costs about 1-2$ and cable 2-5$ depending on the length). I tested it witch many devices phones, powerbanks, wireless phones etc. I think that it would be really helpful when you can't take your wireless charger with you. ☺️
Thank you for creating this helpful video! I have a 6-year-old son who has a physical disability, and I'm always looking for tools to help him become more independent.

I’m so glad I could help!!! Hope your daughter is doing okay! 💙
Speaking of alexa, there's also smart light bulbs and smart plugs as well..my favorite is the smart plug..I have my electric blanket connected..my bedroom fan, bedroom light ETC..it's soo convenient either telling alexa to turn them on/off or when I'm away from home I can have all the lights turned on through an app on my phone, so I'm not fumbling in the dark or I can have my blanket nice & toasty when I get into bed 😊 ...if you're not familiar with either I highly recommend you look into them! Amazon has lots of affordable options!
You are so adorable. Love your positive attitude you have.

❤❤❤
You look great 👍.
So cool to see how you adapt different things! How are you planning on implementing some of these when you go to college? Will you be staying in a dorm or adapting an off campus apartment?

I'll be staying in a dorm! I'll definitely be showing how that will work when the time comes!
Don't feel bad about disposable plastic straws. But if interested there are options. My friend and I do flexible reusable silicone straws for water and flexible disposable compostable straws for everything else. They are more expensive so definitely not for everyone. We tried stainless steel straws and paper straws and they were not good options for us.
Very interesting to learn about your life and the accessible products that you use! Question- do you not use conditioner for your hair?? I would die without conditioner lol

Thank you! I use a hair mask instead of conditioner! It works even better, in my opinion! :)
I have been disabled since birth. I have to have a straw. I cannot pick up a drink or cup. I’ve had people argue with me about straw use, but I would be unable to drink by myself without them.
Would some kind of small dish for the shaving cream to be pumped into be helpful?
I'd rather have my hair short so there's no need to dry or brush 😜 Most phones have wireless charging now, Samsung had it for years.
What was the name of the brush used for the shampoo? I’ve been looking for adaptive shampoos for a while
