I know you are so busy with medical school. But consider getting affiliate links for all the products you recommend/list in the description box. So you can get paid if anyone buys the products from the links.

I am so glad I came across your videos! Thank you so much for sharing all this wonderful information for growing hair. I purchased your books, which are beautifully done, and will definitely be trying your products. I do want to grow my hair to my waist. So far, the longest it has been is to the middle of my back.which is where it is now. I have always had soft, very curly hair, but over the years, after about 3 or 4 attempts to chemically straighten, along with stress factors and diet change, I have began to suffer a lot of thinning and breakage that has been occurring for years, sometimes by the handful. I am really amazed that I still have hair that appears full and lengthy, even though it is much thinner than used to be. Dermatologists have not been helpful, so I'm on my own. But I am a very positive person with a winner's attitude, so I believe I can figure it out and overcome whatever is happening to my hair. I am a Christian and love that you post scriptures, which are very encouraging and uplifting. I really believe it is only by the grace of God that I am not bald after so much hair loss. Anyway, I am very hopeful to improve my scalp and hair condition and finally achieve waist length, healthy hair. Lastly, I just want to say that I think it is so cool and awesome that you are willing to share your recipes and not just sell your products, giving your audience the option to buy your products or try making it themselves. I just love that and am so impressed. That is serious cool factor that will only help you prosper even more! God bless and congratulations on building such a beautiful business and blessing and encouraging others like me who are very interested in healing, growing and beautifying our hair!

Thank you soo much for this. I’ve been natural for over 10 years. My hair is on the healthy side but I’m struggling with dryness and itchy scalp and that’s has a lot to do with lack of moisture. I can’t wait to shop for my products🙂

Oils, Butters and Creams CAN be used to moisturize your hair, certain oils are meant to coat the strands to keep the hydration i.e. WATER into the hair. Leave-ins are also moisturizing but to say oils and butters don't is inaccurate. its about knowing your hair, how the product you are using works, what its meant to be used for, why you're using it and how your hair responds to the product you're using and how the products you use work together (if it flakes they don't go together), and understanding the ingredients in your hair products. People just buy any and everything for their hair because it's popular without knowing the proper use for the product, how it's used and its ingredients.

Love what you said about shampoo in the beginning of this video! Why is clean hair negatively associated with this concept of being “stripped”? I just don’t get it lol. My fave shampoo I use every week is Kinky Curly Come Clean 🥰 my hair loves it! And my clean hair happily receives the moisture from the water and moisturizing shampoo and conditioner that follow.

Yes you should. You need a heat protecting product on top of the moisturizer otherwise thats damage, especially if you dont moisturize your hair before thats mad damage done.
