Kenyan men about age 30 are living the realities of mid-life crisis. They want to make money, they want to travel the world and have fun but time is catching up with them. They probably should start a family and balance the other desires. So I would tell them about the fun I love and I how I make it possible because fun needs funds😊😊 My 2cts

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I do think many people here get the funds to have fun a bit later in life than where I come from and seem to continue that fun-seeking behaviour for longer.

@@ainoluo It’s a abit unfair for the women cause they go ahead and marry cause there’s pressure from the family but on the other had they still want to party and travel.

Hi there Aino, I love your content on goal setting and developing good and beneficial routines and habits. I relate well with it cause I'm on that journey myself and frankly I've been struggling alot in that whole process but I have found seeking guidance in some self help books and articles and incorporating a thing or two in what I learn into my daily routine is really compounding and working out nicely for me. I would really love to get some tips n insights from 'The One Thing' as I admire, from what you've shared, your approach to establishing routines, habits and being 'sustainably' productive. I'm not in Nairobi currently but I have family there to whom you send the copy, and would really be grateful. Thanks for what you do as your content definitely does inspire!

I am not the master of focusing on one thing at a time but the only time I actually did it in my life - when I studied Chinese in Wuhan for a year - I was so happy and got amazing results. 💯 I'll be sharing more about getting your nervous system and stress levels in check prior to attempting productivity, as well as how I've built a whole "Second Brain" system to manage my tasks, notes and thoughts digitally, in my future vlogs. 📷 I'll try to get the raffle done and send the book to the winner next week, keep an eye on the comments in case you get lucky! :) ☀

​@@ainoluo looking forward to that kind of content as I am currently in my freshman year and I am really keen to establish routines and habits that will enable me get the most of my time in campus. The need to be more productive can be for sure anxiety-provoking and stressful at times and properly dealing with that beforehand can definitely help one actually get more things done. Super excited about what you'll share on that!
