As a British person I feel like I can’t leave this video without mentioning English Breakfast tea….i feel like I’d committing a crime if I did 🤣. English breakfast tea and a spot of milk/creamer……absolute perfection. I would also recommend peppermint!

ahh idk how you feel about chai tea but it's so perfect for fall! put a little bit of milk of choice and sugar or even just a bit of creamer & boom, delicious especially with a bit of cinnamon sprinkled on top ~ peppermint tea is also great! good for relaxing and ginger tea helps a lot with tummy probs! you can really add anything you want with tea/combine teas and i love experimenting. so far, most have been great :)

I love that you’re considering continuing into grad school! Self guided learning has been such a challenge but it’s so fun to follow interests without being bogged down by deadlines or nonsense assignments. Evenings in Missoula is a fantastic tea. I had it for the first time at a random coffee shop when I was in college and it’s been my favorite since.

Literally every INFJ I’ve ever met is a huge research nerd lol (myself included)! Tea Rec: a great starter tea is the tazo chai tea concentrate (I get it from target) warmed up on the stove with milk! I do mine about half tea/half milk but that’s just a personal preference! ❤

Tea wise, I go for the black teas-Earl Grey, Darjeeling and chai, and i love putting milk or creamer in there, esp. the fall creamers, and I haven't drank chai tea in a long time but I do love that one-it's really good and very delicious

30 minutes of VIBEZZZ! Thanks for the vlog! I can't wait to hear what you think about Hurricane Wars! I almost bought this the last time I was at Barnes and Noble. I have not heard or seen anyone talk about it (not that that makes a difference for me, I'm actually trying to read more books that AREN'T viral) but I value your opinion and was excited to see you interested in it none the less! I'd be excited to see Taboo from BEP too! He was always my favorite as well! I'm excited to see you getting back on your research grind, you always seem to have so much more spirit when you are talking about your Native history or art history, you can tell they bring you joy. Much love to you and lil Rocky as always! ♥♥

The classes and projects that art history does in grad school is so interesting compared to undergrad being very notes heavy. Anyone feel free to disagree of course ❤ (love your vlogs!)

I had to rewind it when you said frybread 😂 hi hello, I'm actually Native as well, I'm Navajo (Diné), from Arizona and yes frybread is always that salty but depends on who's aunt or grandma that made it too😊 lol but yess, sometimes we put honey on top of it and make our mutton sandwiches and stews with it. it's a part of our daily lives , not so healthy but it's good lol story of it goes back to the Navajo Long Walk and the Trail of Tears. I was amazed that I heard my favorite youtuber talking about frybread lol I love how you give recognition to indigenous people and their cultures, I love youuuu! you're amazinggg!❤

my favourite tea is dirty chai. it's black tea and espresso. i buy the tea bags from a grocery store here in Ontario, but i'm sure it can't be that hard to find some where you are. i also recommend Zotero, which is citation and source software for your computer that helps you keep track of online sources. i'm a history major, so keeping on top of sources is kinda my thing. (i also write down my sources in a notebook as a reference should a tab get closed accidentally).

Some teas I like are Black tea if you are looking for a boost since it has caffeine. I personally like Black tea with lemon. Earl Gray is also very good a lot of people like it with milk and cream I drink it plain because I’m weird. If you want a tea to relax I recommend camomile tea or cinnamon tea. I love just boiling a cinnamon stick and a bit of sugar it makes your home smell so COZY 🧡🍵☺️🍂 Another tea I like making before bed is camomile with a bit of fennel seeds. This tea is extremely relaxing so you will fall asleep lol so I only drink at night like an hour before I want to knock out 😊 Hope these recs help

You might like Dandy Blend. It's a dandelion root and chicory blend that has a similar full-bodied, roasted flavor to coffee, but no caffeine. Dandy Blend is just a brand, but there are a few different ones (Teechino makes a few different varieties, both plain and with added flavor as well). I love it with steamed milk, sweetener and a pinch of cinnamon. Super cozy beverage.

Try this tea recipe: To a pot of 2 cups of water add ginger, black pepper and cloves. Simmer until the water reduces to about 1 cup. Strain and pour to your cup. Add lemon squizes and your preferred sweetener. We call it moshla chaa, you could add tea leaves to if you want but not necessary. A subtle spicy taste (you need sweetener to balance the spice ofc) Hope you enjoy it.

5:57 Black English Tea. ❤ I use to be a coffee girl then a matcha girl but had to let those go due to the twitching it was causing me and the hand shakes. Came across Black Tea and never went back. It gives awesome mood boost and has natural caffeine that not only doesn’t make me twitch but I find it keeping me awake much longer. I really enjoy it with stevia drops (original). Has a nice taste with the stevia and I can take it alone. Sometimes I’ll use two tea bags if I need to stay awake for something longer. ❤ hope you give it a try. 🍁

You might really like chai from the Kolkata Chai Company in Brooklyn. You can head to their shop or purchase online and it’s so simple and easy to make, and such a good transition from coffee. I always like to recommend chamomile tea at night as a starter for new tea drinkers. The making of tea for me is more ceremonious at times, very ritual and calming. Now that I have delved into more tea, I don’t usually buy the tea bag options and opt for the full whole teas that I will use a tea strainer to brew it. There are entire communities online as well, and in New York, I’m sure there are in-person ones you can attend to learn more. But a good and fun starting point might be Club Magic Hour options online. Also, fry bread is not usually salty, but it might depend on the tribe. It’s a well-loved recipe, but it can be divisive. The fry bread from the Seminole tribe in Florida was not salty and the honeyed butter on it was delicious.

I love to drink tea especially while studying, makes me feel like an old academic hahaha anyway, I love Earl Grey with sugar and milk, same with english or irish breakfast (which are also black teas), chai tea (with sugar and milk), chamomiles with lavender also with a bit of honey and milk (helps me with anxiety as well), lemon tea and raspeberry in the summer. And in the summer once they´re a bit colder I add them ice. Remember: tea and sugar (optional), then hot water directly on the bag of tea (so it creates a better brew), and finally after 3-5 minutes, you add your milk (optional).
