I love Bentley so much he is adorable and it’s cute how he was watching you do the plants you bought for the shower. He seems to love always being at your side. A loyal pup for sure!

Trying to catch up. However, just wanted to say, I actually love how the eucalyptus sits on the shelf. It’s a vibe!

Catherine, I'm proud of you for all you do. I still feel sad your relationship ended but my first marriage ended and I met my forever love unexpectedly! Wasn't even looking. We've been married 4 years and just bought our forever home. So you just never know. Keep being you! 😊 You will like a really good Netflix original series (3 Seasons) called Love. It's soooo good. I always recommend it to people and they love it. It's about relationships, break ups, hook ups etc...give it a shot.

The absolute queen of reset and routine videos! I always feel so inspired after watching. 💕 When I’m in a funk, I just queue up a few of your videos and feel ready to tackle my mess. P.S. I was commenting on the video I was watching before this and your video started before I hit send, so sorry if you noticed a random comment that had nothing to do with your video 😂

I loved the skincare part! As a 30yo, I'd say take your products down your neck too, baby girl! It helps a ton to prevent wrinkles and aging

Try dampening your cotton ball/pad with water before you use the REN toner! It made it a bit less stingy for me and helped my sensitive skin so much!

How many times a day do you take Bentley out for walks or playtime ? He’s a big boy and German Shepherds need to be active as they are working dogs.

Catherine I love you and I love Bentley so I'm saying this with love but please be careful with the eucalyptus, it is HIGHLY toxic for doggies. I know you have it in spots he can't get to but I just want you both to be safe and happy

For your cystic acne I highly recommend taking the Clearstem supplement! It helps to balance hormones that cause hormonal or cystic acne. It has done wonders for my skin since I started taking it!

I hope it’s fine to say, but you are dealing with a lot, so your skin might reflect it. It’s basically healing as well. And sometimes, especially in times we are healing, we learn the most valuable lessons as in: We need to love ourselves even if our skin, our heart, our mind is not in the best places. Do I make sense? Loving yourself out of this construct of “worth” we create. We are always so worthy and we are always deserving and matter. We often put labels into it that “we have to look/be/have” xyz. But in times we don’t feel like we have whatever it is, we REALLY learn how to heal & love ourselves. Internally and externally.

Spironolactone is a godsend! I got really bad hormonal acne after going off the pill since I no longer had access to the estrogen which helps with clear skin. Spironolactone helps with cystic acne by reducing testosterone

Seconding this, spirinolactone is the only thing that reduces my cystic hormonal acne to zero. Something to ask a derm about if she’s reaching that point. Topicals and exfoliants can help but probably not control the frequency of occurrence.
