I could really relate to this especially when you said the 5 minutes of scrolling felt yucky bc its always the mindless pointless consumption that feels awful after a moment you just feel empty on the other hand mindful intentional consumption feels good like something educational, refreshing enlightening entertainment such as your videos😊💖 or treats like watching a show you genuinely enjoy (im stoked u saw your sweater on netflix btw😝) reading books are severely underrated KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK🤙 Luv💖
