By principle (with exceptions), if _they_ want to export here (to me as a reseller in NA), then _they_ will have to pay thee compliance fees. Especially in regards to low markups. Else I'll look up for alternative manufacturers who's products are compliant or are willing to invest into compliance for selling their stuff.
