Powell just dropped this new urethane formula known as Dragon Formula. They found a way to make a soft Bones 93a have the same performance as a hard 99a wheel. You have all the qualities of a cruiser wheel like soft ride and quiet, even over the roughest of surfaces. However you get the speed, rebound, and slide of a hard wheel. This is a skateboard wheel innovation. Here's my review of this wheel!
