My old school teacher left his old and got into product photography. He has an account with a large retail store up New Hampshire. He had half of the account and another studio had the other half. The company was called Richard's kind of like a Target back in the day. The reason they had two photographers was for back up reasons. But just getting half of the account was worth half a million dollars. So one Sunday flyer the company would use his photos and the next week it would be the other studio. Also my old school teach had one of the super markets called Purity Supreme and that account was worth fifty thousand dollars. He told me he would go to the super market and get what he needed to photograph and then he got to keep it. For example if they had steak or chicken on sale he would cook it then photograph it. The camera he has was a Hasselblad and the camera had a RGB rotating filter on it. I think there was a motor on the filter. He had to take three photos and then use software on his MAC to combine the red, green and blue image into a normal photo. Also he had a TV News camera converted for taking product photography this was for taking small items. He stored the images on some kind of hard drive or disc drive and he had to drive to the companies office to hand them over the images.

I know there are adapters to EF lens to work with Hasselblad. Most of the lens should still cover the sensor. I know Fuji medium format has full frame crop mode.
