Are there frameworks/templates in writing a PRD,User stories?

that's a great question! There are a few different templates out there, for user stories especially--it would warrant a whole other video to break that down to do it justice honestly. Were you looking to learn more about PRD vs User stories, or more interested in the best take on what templates to use for writing these in general?

@@ikechukwua3472 awesome: this sounds like a topic we should get in the video pipeline! But in the meantime, the best way to learn more would actually be to ask one of our coaches! If you want, you can schedule a call with someone here: productgym.io/schedule/, or shoot us an email if none of those times work.

I have a doubt? My manager keeps putting me down, harassing me , saying useless for every small mistake which I do which is not even critical, even when I do 10 out of 11 items well he disregards everything and puts me to shame in front of my team mates too, still I manage to get work done, handle a team of around 8 and report sometimes to co founder and vp of engineer and everyone seems okay with my work except my manager. What do I do ?

Thanks for commenting! Having a positive and professional working relationship with your manager is so important for overall happiness in your job - as well as for job performance! From what you've shared, this sounds like a fairly toxic situation. Without all the context, it's hard to say what the best way forward is. But, if you think you're in a toxic work environment, we have a few resources you might want to check out: Here's a blog post productgym.io/5-ways-to-survive-a-toxic-work-environment-as-a-product-manager/ and a video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/eWeJ05WuhJXQmbw.html. Hope this helps you make your decision!

@@prashanthn9887 Yea, this sounds like a super toxic manager. Nobody works well within that environment and even if their attempting to motivate you in some sort of abusive way, there is not a single accepted methodology out there in which verbal abuse or manipulative tactics are encouraged. I've worked for someone like this and there is definitely still something positive you can learn and that's what NOT to do. Use what you've learned and get out of there. Good time to seek a new company and a potential raise.
