Great video. Someone said to me "have you been reading Marty Cagan? You sound just like him". That was my intro. So I started reading inspired and was amazed how similar his method are to my own! So glad to know of him. Everyone needs to read these books! More importantly they need to study and truly understand them. The nuance is often key! Figma may be the best available overall but they still have a LONG way to go. As someone who's led the creation of creative tools for major entertainment products I can tell you they are at least 2 decades behind. ...and neither they or their primary audience realizes how much they can/need to improve. They are going down the same paths our tools were in 2004ish.

Enzo, thank you for great questions for Marty! I have watched tens of interviews with Marty during last 1.5 years and the questions you asked in this interview, I don't remember that anyone asked Marty before! Spent nice 1.5 hours writing time-codes (published them in another comment) along the way -- so others could check-out the topic they're interested the most. Thank you Enzo and Marty!

It will be great to have Steve Blank on your podcast to talk about customer discovery - the other side of the coin of product discovery.
