I understand that ADDING & PRIORTISATION both are the responsibility of the product owner. So can the Product owner delegate the "adding items" in the backlog to the agile team if he happens to be busy and has to off-load some responsibility to the them ? I understand that in PMP , we are mandated to select an option which has most proximity to the facts or is the "least incorrect" amongst the options provided . But if the above is the least incorrect one can we select it Your thoughts please

You can delegate the responsibility but the accountability remains with the person who is accountable of doing it.
