    i know it's insane to think that they are this talented but when he hear them speaking about their ideas and talking about their music you understand that they love what they do and 3racha is a genius trio for sure , they became the top tier producers in kpop no doubt and it's more insane the fact that bang chan (leader) is not only writing and producing but he's arranging their songs and he's credited as sound engineer as well as him guiding the recordings along with han and changbin , they never fail to impress me , skz always bring the best

    Bang Chan reminds me of a modern-day Bethoven. 🥰 He is an absolute workaholic and genius producer. I believe he does most of the arrangement and sound engineering too (correct me if I'm wrong Stay) Then with genius lyricists at his side like Jisung & Changbin it's like the perfect storm. All this while being an amazing leader too. It's no wonder the man doesn't sleep. 🤦‍♀️ Thank you for recognizing his genius!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

    He doesn't do the majority of the arranging and sound engineering -- but I want to qualify that with a potential "yet." Because he does do more and more with each comeback, so he's definitely building those skills and getting ever closer to having the ability to do the entire thing himself if he wants. First they had all the lyrics, then they built up to the majority of the composing, now they're doing more and more arranging and starting to progress in the other areas like engineering and vocal direction and whatnot. And I mean those not just for Chris but also for the other two. So yeah, they're eventually gonna have the experience to just do it all themselves if they want to. And I cannot _wait._

You guys actually stripped the track and counted the transitions of the various beats/melodies and everything else which defeated many of the other reviewers. This was a difficult song/MV to critique and you guys did it. And in doing it, you revealed the sheer genius of Stray Kids. SKZ have definitely taken off into interstellar space becoz no way are they grounded on earth. Creative universal stars!

    Stray Kids commented that for the title track they had 7-8 candidates but it seemed that they were not convinced yet. 3Racha even didn't deliver the song in the time limit that JYP gives them. So yeah, making S-Class must have been quite difficult, according to Seungmin, S-Class came out last minute but it really worked, it's a very strong song. They could have chosen any of the 7-8 candidates, they would even have chosen Super Bowl which was an old title track candidate 3 years ago but 3Racha were determined to give it their all and make a good title track for 5 STAR. Thanks for the reaction.

  • @sylvielebrun1733
    @sylvielebrun1733 Жыл бұрын

    From the start 3 of these boys have been the producers (they call themselves 3Racha (the leader Bang Chan, Changbin and Han) but with time the other members are slowly learning production from them like Hyunjin who does the first slow part with the kick creating firework. My point is it’s going to eventually be 4…5…6 producers with their own unique styles, I can’t imagine what their future sound will be like with more producers that compose, sing, rap and dance. I never knew much less appreciated what producers did until I got into Kpop. Why is it that western music doesn’t let us know what producers do, doesn’t teach us beyond the singers or musicians? I’m old, been listening to music since the Beatles, why is producing so new to me? I didn’t understand what producers do. I just listen to music and know talent when I hear/see it. I don’t know what the solution is for our music in the west but you guys do… Anyway, please get to know them a little more by watching the 2023 guide to Stray Kids, I want to learn more from you. It’s an hour long but I’m confident many people will watch it with you, we don’t care if it’s long. Thank you.

    Some songs are just made for fun, like the beach-guitar song. 😂 Time out was written to be a gift to Stay, and isn’t going to have the budget or production as a title track to a new album. But yes, their title tracks are all absolutely insane, as are most of their songs. I, personally, love the changes of pace they offer when they explore other genres for fun as a gift. That doesn’t make everything else they produce any less amazing though.

    The next best thing to spending a day with them is watching some of Chan's live episodes, where sometimes he talks about music and production, sometimes he works on music in between eating rameyeon, and sometimes he brings Han and Changbin in to write things together. Most of what he does live is not as serious, but there's footage of him working on some of the beats in Venom several years before that was recorded. You can check out SavageKingz An In Depth Guide To 3Racha, or the video 3Racha being the geniuses behind Stray Kids, they both have footage of them producing and taking about music and production. I think the first one is better, but the second one has more views.

    Stray Kids are just at a different level. Bang Chan and 3Racha are masters and geniuses. They know their members and their capabilities. I love their willingness to go beyond the "norm" or what's "done." Lyrically it's amazing, as well. There are a few YT reactors who can give an accurate translation and the word play is evident. If the video is a lot, the translation of the lyrics (the meaning behind the Korean expressions and idioms) will BLOW YOU AWAY. I absolutely LOVE their level of talent and embrace the chaos.

Plus I recommend the rest of 5 Star album as well. All of the songs are so good. They did a 3 part intro series for 5 Star album this time too. You may be interested in that. First part, they were just talking about the album and songs with each other on a 2 person basis. 2nd part is about the choreography. 3rd part is about them recording it. SKZ are good, like you said the production is amazing and they got the skills, the rest is a question of taste. Amazing reaction I couldn't avoid laughing at how both of you seemed completely tired and overwhelmed by the amount of changes while loving it ahahahah and by the way... Please react to the whole album Stray Kids are amazing. The production to the whole album is really S-class. The album is indeed 5 star. I am so happy to hear that people with background in production thinks that Stray Kids are amazing and the fact that you have no bias because you have listened to a lot of other genre and songs, I know cause I watch a lot of your videos and to hear you say that Stray Kids in your opinion have the best production makes me really even more proud of them. Thanks for your time I really do hope you react to their new songs. 😁

    The boombap beat change was 🔥. I enjoyed this video guys! I am a STAY - absolutely love this group and them writing and producing all their own stuff…I’m literally in love and I shouldn’t be feeling this type of way lol. Geeked out on this video reaction since my husband is a producer and has worked on some Japanese rap artist so your dissection and pure reactions were fun to watch 😊

    Love the Big Daddy reference in the beginning I also always love how much you appreciate Stray Kids’ songs and production but for some reason throughout watching the rest of the video I couldn’t stop thinking about how you pronounced hippopotamus in the intro. It’s one of my favorite movies to quote. Might need to watch it later today lol

    Stray Kids really has become a genre of their own because this complexity is something I've taken for granted from Stray Kids' Production. The shifts keep my attention and theyve been the one that stimulates my brain the best while the songs I've heard before SKZ (or new ones I hear) has become more of a background music, the type to lullaby my brain to chill because there's not much lasting stimulation compared to Stray Kids HAHAHA mainstream music still gives me LSS but it's coz of its repetitiveness, like a dazed state of mind but SKZ has indeed woke me up like one of you felt 😂
