ALERT ! Fraudster !! Gururaj promises something and then forces the customer to go for alternative plots in different locations. We purchased a plot in Jangam Highway facing venture in 2019 and he hasn't registered it to us saying the plot is not available (after taking entire amount + reg charges), and when asked to return the amount paid he agreed first and dragged for over an year, and then started saying he won't pay back the amount. Started forcing us to take some other plot in another venture of theirs. They won't stand On their words!

You also need to mention that There is an issue between the landlords in that venture so that he atleast asked you to take plot in another venture and the case is running on that venture if that case solves then he can do it and i also took the plot in same jangam venture but he gave me another good plot . you can’t call him fraud atleast he is responding to you and you might not know some realestate fraud people take money from you and left the country So think twice before giving a statement

Oh Mr. Ramu Dendla, hope you are in senses to suggest me to think twice or any? Never so far we recieved a proactive call from Gururaj or his team about settling this. And you are mentioning that they are responding. Do you even understand what response means ? It's all about doing the right thing at the right time and closing the matter in reasonable time. I made numerous calls to him and he hardly picks any.... Where is the response ??? Are you any paid reviewer or a fake account supporting this fraud company? Who wants an alternative plot? Why? A customer chooses what to buy.. Gururaj or his team cannot enforce on to us about what we should take, even for that matter if it is another venture etc. Period! BTW , issues with landlord etc is his issue, and as a customer i either get the desired plot or the money back well in time. Gururaj and team had been saying they would return the amount since 2 years now. We booked the plot in Nov 2019. I've visited their office for over 30 times so far, spending over 40k only for the transport, and their responsiveness is pathetic. Gururaj mostly will not meet and makes his office staff cookup stores and convince us to revisit. Yellesh, his prime coordinate in his Habsiguda office made us visit them 14 times in 2022 itself. And we were able to meet Gururaj directly only 2 times. He agreed to return the amount by Sep 2022 and then again said needs time till end of Oct 2022. And in Nov he said he has no Money and won't pay. As a customer we paid the amount by means of loans and Gururaj if is responsible would return the amount in time but not drag and brag. Pathetic experience with Sukhibhava Properties. Its more of Dukhibava properties. Guess it needs attention of mainstream media to expose this fraudster led company.

The issue continues: This man called Gururaj hasn't returned the amount and is still unresponsive to calls. He just doesn't pick mine or any of our family members' calls. That pathetic he is. He acts as if he is a wise man but does exactly otherwise. It's an alert to people who might want to deal with his company or himself.
