Do not criticize Sakura, she already said she chose the song because she wanted to try to pass a girl crush image so it's something out of her comfort zone. The lines she picked up matched her vocals and did not turn out bad. The performance was good and her attitude really caught the eye and matched the proposed concept.

People think when you're so popular you are overrated.. No hun the right term is well loved ! Its not like the fans were saying she's the prettiest nor she's so talented. Overrated means you are praised highly than you deserve(Ex. Her vocals/visual/talent is overrated). It's Jowke I didn’t mean those. I meant songs that need a different vibe from what she’s accustomed to do in akb48. Sakura said it herself in the previous episode. The group doesn’t do girl crush songs very often and that she wanted to challenge herself by doing exactly that. That’s what I meant 😶

Sakura is really professional and hard working, she's not overrated, she has stage presence

yes, sakura isn’t exactly the best in singing, but what makes her stand out is the way she carries herself. she’s able to adjust to different concepts while remaining true to herself. her stage presences in every performance is just remarkable and it leaves you just wanting to see more of her. you can have all the skills in singing and dancing, but if you don’t know how to captivate the audience, you’ll never excel as a performer. the way she brings herself in each performance exudes confidence and passion, and it comes naturally. she’s learning and improving with the technicalities of singing and dancing.

she is obviously not the best vocalist but the lines she had fitted her voice so well and her stage presence is incredible

This is the first performance where I felt Sakura really shined. I prefer this fiercer side of her to the cutesy concepts she's done on the show previously. Loved her attitude here; you can really tell she digs this concept/song. I think I finally get all the hype about her.

At the beginning of this show, i wasn't really convinced that Sakura deserves to be in the final lineup. But after watching this performance of hers, I changed my mind. :) She indeed has that charisma on stage. She's a stan/fan magnet. And I am more than convinced now that the final lineup NEEDS her, especially if the show is targeting a really massive audience for their future group. I totally agree with you. Haters have that mindset that when they saw that an idol whose visual is really great. They immediately think that she is a crappy idol that have a great face. Why does Sakura have so many dislike in this video? I dont get the hype of dislike. She did really well in this performance and give the best aura. I mean she's so stunning, so why? So please have more confidence and take care of yourself. Edit: Just a quick trivia. Did you know that Sakura only practice for few days for this? Practising Korean pronunciation and so on.
