This particular song just tugs at your heartstrings! Thank you, Laura. Thank you, our Heavenly Father, for not getting tired of reaching down for us each time we fall. 😢

My brother has made some decisions lately that has caused a divorce in his family. I have been so angry at him for breaking up his family, which ultimately is my family in Gods plan for families, but knowing that God is the Ultimate Father and he awaits each one of us to "come home" because we all make mistakes that take us from him, this song has softened my heart toward him and has made a way to forgive him for the hurt he is inflicting on so many. We will definately pray for you Deborah! Sometimes our goals and dreams are not God's will for us but through our own pride and determination we find it too hard to admit that we were wrong. I am not saying that doing God's will is easy but doing anything without God may be impossible. When your dreams and goals match HIS dreams and goals for you then the sense of contentment, joy, and knowing that you are doing what is pleasing to the Father is unmatched by any worldly pleasure. I would advise you to dig deep into God's Word and seek Him deeply in prayer and to make sure that you know without a shadow of a doubt that your next step and your next decision lines up exactly with God's will for you. Kind of going through this now but not as bad as it's shown in the video. It's not me, it's my younger brother who's 19. He met this girl and they've been steady for a year. She lives in the same community as we do, literally two minutes away. My brother practically lives with her even though he comes home for a couple of hours in the mornings during the week. The hardest part is our 71 year old dad who has diabetes & other conditions is away working for a nurse agency because no hospitals would hire him in the city where we live. And when my dad comes home for a couple of days my brother doesn't come by to be with us. He doesn't call or respond to texts. He will sometimes stop by for a few minutes & that's it. I was in another room the other day & I heard my dad sobbing over my brother. My mom & I feel helpless because any advice we give to my dad he doesn't want to do. My dad is paying for my brother's car. All my bro pays is the auto ins & that's it. My dad lets my brother do whatever he wants. There really are no rules in the house. So my brother comes & goes as he pleases. It's frustrating because my dad says "We can't do anything, he's 19". So this is where we are, kind of stuck in this situation until my brother moves out on his own. Any prayers, comments, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that your family is going through sad tough times like this but the only thing you can do right now is pray and your Dad needs to stop paying for your brothers car. Times are hard in the world right now and your brother is taking advantage of your Dad's generosity. Tough love is the best love sometimes. I know from experience. It's not much, but I hope this helped some

brenda Fiedler Hi Brenda, yes thank you. My brother is going through "that phase". It's his first girlfriend ever, and his gf's first boyfriend. It's safe to say they're head over heels for each other. I don't like how he changed his attitude towards us. He seems like a zombie sometimes. I guess that happens to most young people when they fall in love. I can't complain too much because I'm used to it & it's not costing me any money. It's just that my dad was working when he bought the car. He was unexpectedly got laid off a few days after my mom went to Argentina for three months. So it's been one of those roller coaster rides. Things are getting back to normalcy. My mom is back and my dad, as mentioned, is working for an agency in Flagstaff, AZ. My brother is planning on moving out with his gf sometime next year, by April I think. So although some things changed, everything is going back to normal thanks to God. I appreciate your concern. Happy holidays!
