Why we treat Normal Loss under credit side ??? It is not increase in sales, not decrease in expenses. Then why we treat Normal loss as credit ???

normal loss decreases the units produced at the same time you also realize scrap sale from such normal loss. Hope you could figure it out. please do share with your friends!
