Following the announcement of the one year extension granted to Commissioner of Police Erla Harewood Christopher by the Cabinet, Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs, Senior Counsel, Reginald Armour confirmed that even if a nominee is approved by the Parliament, this does not affect the one year term of the top CoP.
