    Great video! I had my first treatment done at a local salon. I was numbed and even wore ear plugs but it was so uncomfortable because the motor in the unit is so noisy on your face, I couldn't wait for it to be over. Your 'model' looks so relaxed. How can I go better prepared for my next scheduled appointments? Thank you!

  • @mountaincoast

    @mountaincoast

    5 ай бұрын

    Some of our clients have told us that they take 4 Advil about 2 hours prior, and that helps a lot. Earplugs only make the noise worse, we do not recommend that. Our model is relaxed because the service is relatively mild when it comes to noise and discomfort. She's been doing anti-aging treatments for years. If you're going to fight against aging, be prepared to toughen up!

    Without examining you I can't tell. But if you feel dry, that typically means you are simply not moisturizing often enough, (up to 5 times a day for the first week after Procell). We recommend Nassif MD Hydro-Screen after Procell for barrier repair & moisturization.

  • @mountaincoast

    @mountaincoast

    stamping with the gun turned off before applying the numbing cream creates microchannels through the stratum corneum and lipid layers, allowing the numbing to be delivered faster to the D/E. The numbing cream does not create a barrier. It is delivered more rapidly : )

    Most clients report an improvement in the quality of their skin after just one treatment. But lasting results require 3. Optimum results require 6. Once per month. and if one could afford to do it, one could do a treatment every month for life for the Anti-aging benefit. We recommend maintenance at least every 6 months, or every 3 months if you can afford it.

    I've had two treatments over two months. Third one coming up this Friday. I'm wondering, do I use the serums 1 & 2 for a week while the skin is healing or every day between treatments? The reason I ask is that I see no improvement in my skin yet.

  • @mountaincoast

    @mountaincoast

    3 ай бұрын

    Moisturize at least 3 times a day, everyday! for the first week after each treatment. And use the 1 and 2 morning and evening. With the right aftercare regimen, you should see an improvement in the tone and texture of your skin within 3 treatments. Lines, wrinkles and pigment may require 6 treatments or more.

    @@user-up6fg8iq8t The #1 and #2 are a daily skin care regimen that can be used daily, for life! But be sure to use a supplemental moisturizer for the first week to prevent trans-epidermal water loss. This is the most important thing that many people don't hear about! The more you moisturize during the first week after treatment, the better your results will be and the longer they will last.
