Solid Gold, brother. Your line of questioning hits Islam and Muhammad at their foundation. Here's what I gathered from your live today: The entire foundation of Islam is the statement by Waraqa. Without Waraqa, it is highly probable Muhammad may have gone ahead with his plan to jump off that cliff. So we MUST ask... who was Waraqa and by what authority did he determine the entity which squeezed Muhammad in the cave was Jabril and not a demon as Muhammad had originally thought? Waraqa's incorrect statement about Jabril having previously appeared to Moses (see Sahih al-Bukhari 3392), an event which is not found in any previous scripture, shows us that Waraqa's statement to Muhammad was just an uninformed opinion, and that the entity Muhammad encountered was more than likely NOT Jabril (Gabriel always introduces himself in the Bible and always speaks peace to the person he visits), which leaves us all to wonder... who was that entity in the cave who did NOT introduce himself and did NOT speak peace to Muhammad? 1400 years of bloodshed may give us a clue.
