To fix this issue, check to see if tobacco is wet, do this by squeezing a small amount together with your fingers, if the tobacco sticks together, this means your tobacco is to wet, to dry the tobacco, buy brown paper sandwich bags, could also be used with other paper products. To dry it, grab a bundle of tobacco and place it in the paper bag and put it in your fridge, after 24 hours put your hand in tobacco and losen it up, than leave it for another 24 in the fridge... Depending on the tobacco it may need to be chopped up....

You need to chop the tobacco and let it dry a bit and the limp cigarette will go away. I have the pm3+ trust me on this

Hi, I just bought one too. I did my research and honestly, I think it’s the length of the cigarette tube. I believe you use the 100s, so try to use the king size and it should fill it all the way.

I actually use all of the sizes to try and get a tight cigarette, it rolls about 5 and then it becomes to loose so then I move on to the next size and so on. It did work great and I would love to get another one but if I have any problems with it I can’t send it back. So I continue to use the one I have.

Just saw it, i have one top been using for over a year and it works just fine did have a Little problem with it, your Isuse can happen cus sometime tobacco is Little moist and it builds up inside, and since You can't send it back You have 6 screws on the back of it, one of them îs under the sticker so it's easy to miss just open it and clean it with a tube of compressed Air for any tobacco build up inside and it should work properly again.

Well that sucks and exactly why I never buy warranties for anything. Sounds like you just have some caked-on tobacco stuck on the inner-most part of the injector/spoon. Turn the machine on empty and either lift the hopper lid or cut the power real quick after pressing the button and try to time it when the injector/spoon is at it's furthest point before it starts to go back in. Then you could use a flashlight and the skinny stainless unclogging tool they give you to scrape it all off, then use the stiff brush also. If that fails try holding the tube on the injector nozzle underneath to hold it on tighter/longer before the machine spits it off and that will push the tobacco towards the filter more. I always fold the end of my cigarettes so I don't lose any tobacco in my packs and I also pack them by hand individually if only making a handful .... or wait til I have a whole pack made and pack them all by hand while in the pack and always solid at the filter. The problem you have packing them is sometimes if the tube isn't completely stuffed to the end, the end of the cigarette will be a little loose so either roll it tight or tear off the excess paper so when you light it you won't have falling embers. Edit: WARNING!! .... If you do try to hold the tube on the bottom of the injector nozzle .... DO NOT get your finger anywhere close to where the injector comes out or I'm sure you know what could happen so be VERY careful if you try it. Perfectly safe if your careful and do it right, I watched a guy make a 100 smokes using that method and it does fill them better. Keeping the tube on the nozzle for that little extra time before it spits-off by itself should fill them better.

I was using the electric Topomatic Poweroll 2 for a little over 2 yrs and it just shit on me yesterday. I ordered the exact machine you have because everyone loves it so much but I couldn't stand using my old manual Topomatic T2. I went to a local smoke shop and bought Premier's version of the same, exact machine as the Poweroll, but it's blue and they call it the Super Auto. Wow, it works like a dream and it's 10 times more quiet than when my Poweroll was brand-new! I CAN NOT go a whole week using my pos manual/hand machine after being spoiled with an electric machine, lol! That's the only reason I got the Premier today until my new one comes. Either way you look at it, any of these machines pay for themselves in no time when compared to buying your cigarettes by the carton in the store, will never do that again. My Poweroll that broke was $85 a little over 2 yrs ago so that basically paid for itself in a little over a carton of smokes. The Premier I got today was $116 and that will be well paid for by the time my Powermatic 3 gets here..

I bet your machine is fine so just try what I said above first. And also pack your smokes after you make them which will also fix your problem.

Omgoodness Brian thank you for the very informative information I really appreciate it. I will absolutely give all of this a try. I will definitely let you know how it has worked out. I took out the bottom screws but need a smaller screwdriver to get the little screws. I am going to try and clean it out really well and if that doesn’t work I will most definitely do what you have suggested. Thank you so much 😊.

I have tried that’s but the lights still fall off.

They should of refunded you 280.00. You paid for a warranty that they did not offer it for replacement. Not sure where you live but in Ohio we have cheap tobacco and they sells these machines there. Ebay also sells them for 190.00, Im 7k cigs rolled and not one problem.

Amazon did credit my account the money for the machine but told me it was a one time offer. I did purchase another one with the warranty so I am hoping they don’t give me a problem if I need another refund. The machine is great when it is working. I live in Pennsylvania and tobacco is pricey. I am so glad you’re not having problems with your machine. Out of all the machines I have tried this one is the best.

I believe you are correct. But I did get the majority of the money back by having the warranty so I am happy about that
