Sir im from tamilnadu....we have a very good dark red soil...i have grown good plants and trees and it and got more fruits...after 3 years we bought a big water purifier which purifies our 1000lt tank...so we used to put 12kg of table salt in it to purify the water...every month the purifier sends the salt water in to the garden...i mean monthly one day...nearly for 8 months...the plant was very fine after that my trees begin to die...so v immediately stopped it and for the 3 years v were using good water ...but the plants grow but all the leaf turning brown...new leaf comes ...but there is no single sediment in the ground...it still looks red soil...but the plants grow it bears little fruits also...so what to do sir...my problem is the leaf tip all get burnt and slowly the leaf fully get burned...i have not tsken the soil test...what to do? Is there any problem

Respected sir it is a very good but to much academic ppt no traditional (empirical )methods of reclamation discussed. also if possible plz try to speak hindi (partially at least ) for greater graspability of both H/E medium student if u have enough liesure plz try to make whole hindi ppt.

Welcome and thanks !Just after completing M.Sc. Ag in 1996 got campus selection in Private Seed company, onwards continued the same. Otherwise I would have plan for Govt. job ! Never thought again and completed 24 years of job now ! Thanks !
