@@pottytheparrot310 Yeah, lol. James Tolkan has been in numerous movies. He was also a hitman boss in "Opportunity knocks" with Dana Carvey. And if I recall, early 90s movie "Boiling point" he was a crime boss henchman or assistant in that movie too. Throughout his career, Tolkan has played jerkass principals and guys who were downright evil. I don't think he's ever played a character who's a nice guy, I don't think I can imagine him as a nice guy, it wouldn't work with him.

I love how junior shows no fear.

I would think the kids would be cheering junior on instead of running out of the school in terror. He just defeated a bully that was 10x his size that probably bullies other kids in that school

@Alex-eb6je I'm sure Murph knows what 3+2 is but, he's probably giving wrong answers on purpose with the look on his face when he says "4" and "9" where Murph looks like he's 18 years old (he could have been a High School senior by this point or a Freshmen in college) and probably doesn't like to graduate moving on to middle school and High School either because out of fear of things getting hard or is just stubborn. (I know a kid who was graduating from Elementary School and he said that he was going to miss the school very much and at his graduation he got to give a speech about the school and on his last line he said that he wishes he could stay a little longer and I guess Murph feels the same way wanting to stay in Elementary School forever).

have to say, as far as child actors are concerned, he clearly was among the absolute best.

I remember watching these movies with my Pop and brothers. We only had regular antenna TV in the 90s and only 4 channels. They use to play movies on Saturday sometimes. Problem Child was one of them.

@IronHide3910 That might be true since Junior has had a bad life with his real mom giving him away when he was a baby and he's been given away from family to family to family with nobody accepting him. Regarding Junior only having a bad behavior if you crossed him, that's also true since on the first film he showed off his bad behavior on certain things when others were bad to him. For example, at the birthday party, one girl wasn't allowing him to watch a magic show and out of anger he destroyed her birthday party. Then on the baseball field, the team on the opposite team were calling him names and he showed off his anger by hitting them with a baseball bat.

@Habib_Qatars3 Maybe he wants to give the answers to tests for Murph just so he could get an "A" on everything and graduate. Mr. Thorn was at wits end having Murph still in the school but, some teachers are kind enough wanting to pass students easily. For example, I know one student who handed in a test which could have been an "F" but, the teacher told him to relook at these certain questions and for one question she said to him, "the answer is in the question" and she even told him the answer. For her, I guess she really didn't want to fail him on that test and wanted to at least give him an "A."
