Ma'am Young's modulus 20×10^3 or 200×10^3 , because you took 20×10^3 at the beginning while calculating element stiffness matrix and 200×10^3 while calculating stress

u3 can't be greater than 0 for calculating r3 because, point 3 s fixed support. It's wrong !!
