whoever designs the new cap, please fire that person. It is impossible to take it off. Glad we have other option to buy in our local store.

Took wire clippers and cut the outer cap off the inner cap like I was a firefighter cutting the doors off of a crashed car to rescue someone. Truly unbelievable product. Will buy any other brand next time.

Update: managed to get the cap off with a butter knife. After stabbing my self in the hand the damaged cap popped off. Now it slides on and off with no problem. Use butter knife at your own risk. Lol.

This is such crap. Turn clockwise then counterclockwise and the whole top comes right back off...

Just tried this and the reason why it doesn’t work is because the locking mechanism isn’t present on the bottle. There’s no teeth for the cap to grab onto, it’s just a flat ring after you pull off the first cap

My guess of why this happened is that some of their older bottles without this feature got mixed in with these new caps.

Terrible cap design

Echoing others - could not get the cap off for the life of me. Butter knife did the trick, both caps got scratched/bent but the dropper cap screwed back on. Dear company, you DONT want to be messing with sleep deprived newborn parents haha.

If there is ever an award for worse design, or biggest design failure, this one is should be up there. Fire the person who designed this cap or picked this design.

I FIGURED IT OUT!! I’ve used it twice now! You have to put it in the fridge overnight and the cap will now work as intended! Hope this helps 💗

Parents....ignore this dang video and do this!! Take a steak knife and cut off the white lid, use a butter knife to slide out the dropper. Problem solved!! This shit is ridiculous 😒 🙄!!! Nothing like a click happening!!

LOL. I just did this and could not get the dropper to adhere to the bottle properly. Ended up throwing the entire thing away. What an absolute waste of money.

@mommysbliss Please change your design. It was impossible to open following your instructions. I am sure you would have lost a lot of sales due to this issue. This is seriously bad for your brand. I probably wouldn’t buy any of your other products based on this experience. I see it’s been a year since this video was posted and I bought the product today in the store.

For those looking for a solution. On lid with dropper look between space behind teeth. You will see 2 extruding white plastic pieces.using safety pin separate it from outer shell. Then twist on all the way and pull up.

Cannot get the lid to come off. Very frustrating!

WTH! How to remove the cap! Who approved this cap design... If I know this cap design I'll buy another brand...

I birthed a child and my blood pressure and HR was never as high as it was to remove this cap. Thank you to the person that suggested a butter knife.

It is necessary to clean the dropper once you used it or it's enough just cap it?

Dropler came broken twice.

Do u add them in the bottle or better to give in mouth directly for colic baby?

Put it on the refrigerator for a while and then try to open it. It worked for me.

Putting it in cold water with ice helped loosen it up!! I’m sure if you put it in the fridge//freezer it would come out easily!!

What company designs the way you need to open the top cap is the same way that loosens the bottom cap. 🤦‍♂️ Anyway, just use a butte knife to unlatch the dropper cover from the dropper with a butter knife. So there’s two little ridges on both sides and after that the cover comes right off.

No matter how hard you turn clockwise, it doesn't click. You guys are idiots for going through testing this item, seeing that it doesn't work, and then still sending it out to stores. Definitely will be buying another brand

This is a very useless innovation I just can't take it off...

Had to return , the cap design is super frustrating and annoying, I could not get it to separate for anything. I told my students if they could get the dropper out , +5 extra credit points, NO ONE COULD GET IT OFF! 🤬

If I didn’t absolutely adore my grandson to the FULLEST extent then I would’ve took a Penitentiary chance at slapping the hell out of the designer ( with a styrofoam hand of course ) for providing us consumers with a product that when you attempt to unscrew the cap, you grab the white “Doppler” shaped cap, take the bluish green ( I think ) Safety Doppler, insert it into the white “Doppler shaped cap” hold bottle and “Attempt” to attach white safety cap & safety Doppler to probiotics bottle … Turning clockwise until you hear ( or feel ) a click. Guess what folks? The bluish safety piece came off inside the white Doppler safety cap!!! Where is that guy who created this ? I want his left cheek!!👋😑

Yeah this does not work. Not acceptable to make a product that consistently does not work for customers.

Congratulations, if you got the cap off of this dropper you are going to succeed as a parent! If you didn't, don't worry it wasn't a fair test of your abilities, just a demonstration of poor product design.

i was having a problem too but i saw a comment where they put it in the fridge and i did the same but only for an hour and it came right off

This is an absolutely disgraceful design. Impossible to open, will never buy one of your products again.
