How are the 0 to 60 times so far off between these reviews? 4.1 to 3.6

That last corner shot with it up on two wheels over the curb gave me a laugh. Might be buying one of these soon. Not a new Turbo. A used GTS.

Yeah SUV's from what I've seen can't achieve more than a full G in cornering force without active suspension or aero due to inherent rollover risk of the high center. On the Street however nobody ever actually pushes the limit of traction like you just did.

Eh? I suppose Porsche provides the cars that you review, so you've got to say that. The Macan has less rear room than a Golf or Corolla, cars that are a foot shorter than the Macan. At six foot half an inch, it's uncomfortable.

Have you driven one? I’m 6’1 and am all kinds of comfortable in one.

The Mecan is a terrific crossover to drive. But a $100K as-tested price, yet 4 seconds a lap slower than a Civic R? Cringe.

If you got 3.6 for a 0-60, then you were provided with an 'adjusted' example of the car. Ferrari is particularly bad at it, but obviously here, so does Porsche.

What does that mean? Car and Driver tested it at 3.5. 0-60 time is about the least meaningful performance stat but most people very interested in it. My 4-banger macan with a little extra boost goes under 5s. The PDK clutch dump is quite violent.

Porsche doesn't stand behind the quality of their vehicles. The ransfer case on my 2015 Macan S has failed twice now in only 27,000 miles. This is a known issue which caused Porsche to extend their warranty to 7 ys. Their "improved" transfer case lasted only 2 years 2 months and 9,000 miles. I am out of warranty by 6 weeks and Porsche turns their back on problem and sticks me for $3,200 repair. Don't buy a Porsche w/o extended warranty for entire length of time you expect to own it. #1 rated warranty company - Endurance - won't even sell coverage on Macan. That should tell Porsche and all potential buyers something. Customer experience is far from an expected premium car brand experience.
