lbc is define as ' air ball/long through ball counter ' it means, pivot player + cb will find best position to cut the ball bfr it finds the opponent winger/ striker to create chance/goals

Try LBC first. If you press high in QC system then your defense will be vulnerable due to it's very high defensive line. If you can control your defense line well with Match-up, QC will be the best choice.

Bro it completely depends on your style of play. My suggestion may not work for you. If you love to play beautiful passing football then possession is the best choice. If you want more penetration then go for QC but the defense will suffer you. And LBC is a defense-sitting system but it's attack is not up to the mark compared to others. So ultimately there is no best playstyle in eFootball 2023.
